Very disappointing experience and misleading business practices.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter which took almost six weeks to arrive. While they did arrive just before Christmas, it later became clear the company is based in China, which was not made transparent at the point of purchase and felt misleading given how professional the website appears.

As the jeans were a Christmas gift, they were not opened until Christmas Day, at which point we discovered they were damaged and did not fit. I contacted customer service immediately, only to be told that they would not exchange the item or offer a refund as I was supposedly outside their 21-day returns window — which is simply not correct.

The lack of flexibility, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve an issue involving a faulty item is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.

Wish I had read the reviews associated with this company before ordering.
Ordered a small pair of jeans for my UK size 4/6 daughter on the 30/11.
Despatched on the 12/12 from
China. Thankfully I didn’t receive them in time to hand over as a gift as I would have been embarrassed.
They arrived on the 27/12.
The button holes completely stitched up and too small. Made for a 9 year old.
Very disappointing product which took 4 weeks to arrive.

Ordered 2 items, they have said they are shipped & provided a temporary tracking number. 4 weeks have passed, tracking has not moved & they have not responded to multiple emails I’ve sent them!
