1 star is for the appalling customer service/ assistance.
Clarins say they care but they reslly DO NOT! I’m a Clarins user for over 20 years. When I contact them regarding a fault they show their true colours. Only once they exchanged something “Eau Dynamisante” was faulty & wouldn’t spray, they sent me another that had the same issue but when I contacted them again they completely ignored me & never replied; so I had to break the spray top to use it and it was very hard.
Now the “skin illusion foundation” pump is faulty unlocked I contacted them and the reply was: “the pump colour is not white it is skin colour”..?! did they really read my message?!
Don’t get me started on their foundation colour finder it is incorrect to that they replied: “sorry it was not right if there’s anything else let us know” ..?! again they don’t care…Very French of them!

I have previously ordered and received my goods from Clarins NZ, but I ordered and paid for a large bottle of Eau Dynamisante perfume on the 18th of February. I didn't get a courier notification so I made first contact with Clarins, to be told the issue is rectified and here is a 20% off your next purchase, however, 3 more times I had to reach out as I have received nothing, apparently my order was being dispatched with priority, bullshyte!! Still no correspondence, delivery, or refund. DISGUSTING.

Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered products on-line a month ago and no follow up from them. Their phone does not work and e-mails not answered by a human. All a scam - don't buy from them on-line

The products are well worth the buy and are made well.

After unsuccessful dealings with Myer for 2 x Clarins products (including having proof of purchase), Lily at Clarins Customer help was amazing!
All issues resolved effortlessly.
I know now where to go for all my Clarins needs :-)

I’ve ordered multiple times and the experience has been always positive. The delivery is unbelievably fast and always beautifully presented. The products are fabulous and they often have free samples and gift packs.
