Only giving the one star because you cannot go any lower. Shocking service from the get go. Rude staff and awful customer service. This company has picked up equipment and is yet to pay the invoice from June 2024. They have lied, ignored correspondence and avoided all responsibility. The only decent conversation was after the mention of going to the Ombudsman and the police as this is now theft.

Promise of payment again last week, and again no payment made. I'm shocked that a company can even run with such poor morals.

Please do not use this company.

Clarion always provide the support we need, when we need it. Their engineers always carry out work in a professional manner, tidying up as they go and are always happy to fit with our schedules, so that they are working around our company needs. We've used a few other security firms in the past, but they are by far the best.

Clarion provides a thorough end-to-end experience from survey to quote to installation and aftercare and has access to a skilled labour force who are a pleasure to have on-site.

Clarion have provided us with service and installation for many years and I have never had an issue with their level of service and commitment to the end user. This job was conducted on time and within budget and the engineer was presentable, courteous and a credit to the Clarion brand. Well done keep it up.
