After they sent me a code for a refund this is their response. Complete crooked and dishonorable company.

They didn't make it obvious that I was buying a subscription. They made it look like a one time purchase but then I recently got charged 30 euro and apparently bt agreeing to terms and conditions I am subscribing. Absolute bullshit.
