ClarityMD, our physician-led medical spa, is not associated with this company. We receive numerous calls daily from individuals reporting unauthorized or unexpected charges attributed to them. A legitimate business would typically provide a customer support phone number; however, this company does not have one listed. If you are unable to reach them, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to dispute the charge.

I purchased one 3 month supply and did not want to be subscribed for future supplies. I was charged 89.99 for another 3 months supply. This occurred before receiving it. I was informed by email my subscription was discontinued and they would send directions on how to get a refund. I have not received these directions. This was approximately 3 days ago
