Please do not use this company
Please do not use this company. I wished I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered what can only be explained as thin shinny material which are meant to be sweatshirts! The sizes are ridiculous with an Extra large not even fitting a medium sized person. Sleeves come down to just above my knees.
Company responded to all my emails very quickly when I was chasing my delivery. It arrived today, emailed them straight away to ask for returns note, no response. Emailed twice so far.
Do not order from this company!
Just looking at the website was…
Just looking at the website was concerning. The photos of the boots looked good (too good for the price) thankfully I didn’t part with any money. The second concerning thing no reviews at all and all sizes in stock. I will stick with the ones I know or recommended by friends, My advice stay clear of this website
Day light robbery
They sell shoes advertised with top Brands and send you cheap crap unknown called fashion
Bad experience
I have been doing online shopping for long , Clark Uk is the worse, and I can boldly tell others not to even shop with them , I order school shoes for my children since 24th of August 2025, and untill now I have not received my order, I called , stayed online for 52 minutes only to hanged the call on me , I tried this 3 consecutive days , I chat and chat and only virtual assistant responded and only to transfer me to an agent I wanted for more than 3 hours.I think Clark should just close down if they have nothing to offer to the peoples.
Untill now , I have not received my order
Clarke London
Clarke London? More like Clarke China!
Waited over 3 weeks for a pair of shoes to arrive and kept being told they are in transit. Extremely poor service and the quality is terrible.
Disgraceful
The leather jacket I ordered looks nothing like the one I received, which looks like black bin bag material. It came from China, which you don't find out until you start tracking it. I could have bought a better one from temu or shein for less than half the price. The website name makes you think that they're based in London but they're not, they're based in the Netherlands, yet the return address is China (you don't find that out until you start the return process). When I asked them why they advertise the jacket as leather, they said their customers like the fact that polyurethane is animal cruelty free. So advertise it as polyurethane, not leather. After arguing about return shipping costs, I was getting nowhere, so I contacted my credit card provider and request they return the payment on the grounds that what Clark-London are advertising for sale is fake (not leather). They cancelled the payment. I had to give one star to submit a review, but it would be zero from me
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. They sent me a coat that looked nothing like on the website and then tried to offer a 20% refund or 75% store credit. I'd have to pay return postage to China for a refund which would not be cost effective. The obviously repy on this. Clarke London is based in China, please do not be fooled.
Warring do not use this company under…
Warring do not use this company under any circumstances total ripoff advertising quality clothing not true received poor inferior material denim shirt ordered received nylon shirt instead waiting 3 weeks from china all a sham giving the company is based in London
Avoid this company
This company merits zero stars
Poor quality goods which I wished to return for a refund.
Would only give 20% refund unless I paid to send my goods to a return address in China!
Shameful, cynical ploy to prevent customers receiving a full refund.
Never again.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Absolute scam - No possibility of return & refund
Absolute scam, do not buy from them! I bought a pair of shoes claiming to be "orthopedic walking shoes". When they arrived they were the wrong size, cheap material, and had no features that orthopedic shoes have such as arch support. Customer service are a waste of time, when I asked to return them and receive a refund (in accordance with their refund policy) they tried to offer me discounts and store credit repeatedly, even after I said no. When they finally agreed to let me return the shoes, the address they gave me was in CHINA, and as the customer I must cover the costs of sending the parcel, which would end up costing more than the shoes themselves. Their reason for being listed as a company in Amsterdam but having no European address I could return the shoes to is because they "ship directly from their warehouses to ensure fast and top quality customer service". Overall, I waited three weeks for a pair of shoes to arrive that were poor quality and the refund policy is a scam.
This company is in China waiting over 3 weeks…
I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for my order and all I get is patronising messages to say it's on its way. My biggest regret is not looking at the reviews before ordering as I am now worried that the sandals I ordered will not fit and I object to having the expense of returning them to China! My advise to anyone would be not to purchase anything from these people.
Unfortunately there is no zero star…
Unfortunately there is no zero star option. This is a scam. They are big time thieves. Ordered sandals and they were worst quality. When requested return, i was told to pay for returns and send the item to an address in china via a tracked delivery.
NOT A UK BASED COMPANY. AVOID THEM.
My sandals wouldn't fasten securely
My sandals wouldn't fasten securely, so fell off my feet. I wished to return them.
Repeated requests for a 'returns' label are refused. The flaws would be evident to them.
Most recently I've been asked to 'video' the sandals. As a disabled 77yr old, this would be impossible.
It seems very unlikely that I will be receiving my money back.
I would leave no stars if this were…
I would leave no stars if this were possible , this company is a total joke & you stand no chance of getting a full refund . I was offered 20% of the value £7 instead of £35 or send the item tracked to china , where the Clarke London comes in is totally misleading & I wish I had never come across their website, I am totally appalled with their service & would recommend anyone to stay clear
Rubbish
Sent out cheap shoes total rubbish and sent with no box. Complete rubbish

I wish I had read these reviews first!
Stupidly mixed these up with Clarks, which is obviously their intension. I looked at a number of different shoe sites at the same time and obviously picked the wrong one. Dreadful company, totally scammers. I was advised to track my order but still haven't received anything!
Date of experience: 15 August
An absolute SCAM!!
An absolute SCAM!!! Tried to return a pair of shoes because the quality was terrible, and they would only refund 20% or I would have to send it to China for a full refund! Website is completely misleading.
Looks nice on their website
Looks nice on their website. Once got delivered went straight to rubbish bin. Quality is disgusting. Can’t even return the item
Faulty Product, Poor Quality, and Disgraceful Refund Policy
I received a product that was clearly faulty and shockingly poor quality. The material felt cheap and plasticky, and you could feel a metal bar poking through the imitation leather, completely unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised.
I contacted the company just two days after delivery (which took 6 weeks), well within the legal timeframe.
Despite this, they refused to honour my rights under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015**, offering only a **30% refund**. Their response was dismissive and robotic, hiding behind internal policies that blatantly ignore UK consumer law. I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer with a legitimate complaint.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I will never buy from this company again and strongly urge others to avoid them. If you value quality, honesty, and basic consumer rights — look elsewhere.
I am now taking legal action!

Dreadful company, totally scammers. I opted for a percentage refund as at least they had to pay out something! They should be reported.
