placed an order 3 months ago for a number of different items. I receive spam emails from the company constantly yet still no order! I chased a month ago and they responded that they were expecting to receive the items the same day, I am still waiting for my order 3 months on and some of the items were ordered for an event that has now passed. I’m worried it’s a scam at this point

I ordered a Christmas collection romper for my daughter on September 10th and it still hasn’t been dispatched. We have a Christmas photo shoot on Saturday & I thought I was being organised by choosing her outfit literally two months ago, yet we still haven’t received it. The customer service is shocking - and I just don’t understand how it can possibly take two months to dispatch one item of clothing domestically. In addition, I am inundated with spam emails from this company marketing deals and new collections when they can’t even honour orders from previous ones. The owner is active on social media accounts and there is absolutely no mention of any shipping issues, and she has stated there are a team of them she isn’t working solo. None of it makes sense, it’s just very very poor. Do not buy from this brand.

Ordered a baby’s boy baby grow embroidery I ordered size 12-18 months which barely fits my petite 12 month old also ordered women’s embroidery pjs the cotton thread is coming away from the buttons!! Bad company and very OVERPRICED for what you get

I purchased the Christmas collection Ivory Pj’s and dressing gowns. Considering the price, it took over 2 months for delivery despite it not being a “pre-order item”. It stated delivery would be 2 weeks not 2 months. My packages arrived separately which was not mentioned in the dispatch information. The Pyjamas quality is very poor. The women’s “M” is oversized and does not fit someone that is 10/12 it’s more like 14/16 size. Due to it being embroidered I cannot return it. The children’s dressing gowns are very poor material. My children stated they are very itchy and refused to wear them due to how uncomfortable they are. The pyjamas have better inside material, they have a silk inside which is very comfortable. It’s just a shame the dressing gowns don’t have the same material. Overall, considering I paid over £250 for x3 pj’s and x2 dressing gowns I was expecting a lot better quality clothing. I would not purchase from this start up brand again. It’s extremely overpriced and poorly ran in terms of delivery and customer service.

I ordered a mystery box for my baby boys and was genuinely shocked when I opened it to find personalised baby pink outfits with floral patterns. My initial reaction was a mix of laughter and confusion-I honestly thought there had been a mistake with the order.

I reached out to the company thinking they’d quickly correct what I assumed was a mix-up, but was told that because the items were personalised and part of a mystery box, they couldn’t be exchanged or returned. Despite explaining how unexpected and unusual the choices were for baby boys, the owner was unwilling to offer any solution.

While I understand the idea of a mystery box comes with an element of surprise, I never expected something so far outside the norm-especially when the website offers plenty of more suitable matching options. This whole experience was disappointing and frustrating, and I wouldn’t order again.

Would just like to say received my grandsons suits that I ordered last week I got the sizes wrong and phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it all out for me the suits are fabulous biege short suits with initials on I am delighted with them came today all wrapped in beautiful paper on a lovely box and a card saying thankyou will be shopping with you for clothes again and recommending you to all my friends and family

Extremely overpriced considering all the clothing is awful cheap quality, low quality imaging for the designs and made of polyester! It all comes from a certain Chinese wholesaler (you can literally see the shoot photos on the wholesalers page and they aren’t the same photos as uploaded on Clark & Beaus social media so, they’ve obviously been sent photos from this business). I find it appalling how the clothes keep getting more expensive the more customers they get but the more quantity they order from their wholesalers, the cheaper they get the clothes for!

The pajamas are made of cheap quality polyester. Don’t recommend!

I have literally just this morning recieved my 2nd order with this children's clothing company. My first order I ordered my youngest a beautiful romper with accessories (socks and hair bow) and I also ordered my eldest who is 10yrs old a swimming costume.. a short while after I recieved a phone call saying that they didn't have the swimming costume in stock (I did purchase in the sale) and asked if I'd like to change which was fine - I went on their site whilst on the phone and couldn't see any for the same price, I was assured this was fine and it would be OK if the new one cost more as I wouldn't be charged for the price difference. I received that order and was shocked by how good the quality was compared to other clothing company's/boutiques I use. I then purchased some Christmas pj's for both my girls and a beautiful Christmas outfit and accessories.. they was pre order so a long wait (they regularly keep in contact via email though to remind you that they've not forgotten about you and that your order will come as soon as its time). During the wait for my pre order items I actually moved address and panicked, so I sent them an email and informed them I was moving and gave them my new address.. they was so nice and sorted it the same day I emailed. The order I got today is even more beautiful as my first order, I love the way they package it from the box to the cutest little Clark and Beau Christmas cookie! Super personal and lovely touch. I'll definitely be shopping here again..and again.. and again! 🤫😂

What a beautiful company 🫶🏽 I ordered my baby her Christmas outfit and immediately worried I hadn’t ordered a big enough size. I emailed and Lyndsey the owner emailed me back straight away to assure me it would be the right fit.
Package arrived this morning and what a beautiful piece of clothing. I buy mainly rompers for my baby but this is by far the best quality one we have. The matching socks and head band are beautiful.
Let’s take a moment to talk about the best bit! The personalisation on the back. My babies name on her outfit written in gold thread is the icing on the cake.
If I could rate the product, service and communication from the owner higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. Will definitely order again. Kelly

What an amazing company! I found them on Instagram and am so pleased I did! Their personalisation makes buying presents so exciting and easy! Such beautiful products, well packaged and arrived in good timing!

Disgraceful customer service. Swimsuits are not swimsuits they are rompers and made from cotton which struggle to keep their shape, absorb water, and are easily damaged by the sun and sea salt. Neoprene: Neoprene is a synthetic rubber and is technically not a fabric, but it is used to make wet suits and other swimwear! When spoken to the shop they were rude and abrupt!
