I contacted the company by messenger and arranged with them to collect and deliver to me an exercise bike last mon 30th March. We agreed a time for collection and delivery and agreed a price.The time came and I did not get my delivery, in fact they didnt even collect the item, have given me no explanation and have ignored my messages since. Poor service and poor communication
Today my mother had Clark collections come to her home, Driver was rude and worker helping him was no better. Driver was either drunk or on drugs. Shame on you. I will be putting a formal complaint in. The driver is also not on there website page either if they updated there website I would happily put the mans name on here. Shameful
I also put this review on yell and the manager had the post removed I am disgusted! I will be contacting local authorities about this company the driver who went to my mums today made my mother feel so worthless in her own propertie! Let’s hope the police will pull the van for breathe test for drink and drugs.
