Order cancelled without notification
Ordered Schoffel shirt and two packs of Crown Joules underwear as birthday presents for my son.
Only 1 pack of underwear received. Called Clarkes who advised items out of stock so order cancelled!

Poor customer service
Ordered for next day delivery, item was not dispatched on time. When I contacted the store they said they had to bring the item from their other store, that was why it was delayed. Couldn’t fulfill next day delivery. Felt like the customer service advisor didn’t really care.

There was no receipt or invoice for the trainers I bought, it's a good job they fit otherwise how would you return the parcel.There was absolutely nothing in the bag apart from the box.
