Appalling company. I arranged to hire this company to cut back my trees and hedges in my garden. They give no communication at all. Didn't answer any questions on WhatsApp and I had no idea if they were sending anybody at all - I just got a one word answer during the whole 4 days since I booked it - it said "yeah" I tried to clarify to no avail, they seem incapable of the most basic communication or customer service. Get ready to be frustrated if you try and book this company.

Prices are very reasonable, depending of course on how much stuff you have. Very efficient, even when I called them at 9-30am, so last minute, they still were here at my house by 12 noon. Collected all the stuff and gone within the half hour. So happy with the service. Will definitely be using them again. Payment and booking was all done online, Perfectly.

No response from this company despite numerous calls, texts and bids for items. Maybe they have shut down and left website up !

Worse experience I have ever had. They made my moving a nightmare. They were meant to professionally clean the flat (£250 fee) on Friday and when got there with a whole truck full of furniture and boxes the flat was disgusting and the carpets were extremely wet.
They didn't clean ANYTHING, they just poured water on the carpets. We couldn't place beds or anything on them. We contacted them on Saturday morning when we saw the mess and they were giving us false promises saying they were bringing someone to fix this but nobody came. On Sunday we called again chasing them to send someone because we could not progress with the moving without a deep clean of the flat and they said they didn't have a hoover. Is this a cleaning company? without equipment? Everything has been EXTREMELY BAD.

This would've been a perfect move if they'd been honest about the full price from the first. I opted to pay in full from the start and was promised by the phone operator that the price I paid upfront was all, as the route involved no congestion charges. But after the move was completed, I was asked to pay £13.50 for the 'Ulez' fees incurred by their diesel vehicle, even for travelling about a mile. There was absolutely no warning of this on their website or helpline. If I knew about this beforehand and added it to the total cost, I would've chosen another mover (name withheld) that could do it for less. Other than this the mover was friendly and the move was pretty smooth.

Abdul was very quick and his work was really excellent, will definetly use him again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Kareem provided removals services for myself and my girlfriend from two different locations. He was polite, professional and friendly. There was an initial traffic delay but Kareem kept us informed at all times. One of the addresses was situated in a difficult location but he worked around it and the removals went without a hitch. Kareem was helped by his assistant Razaq who was diligent and hard-working. We were also given a very good price considering pick-up from two properties. I would recommend Kareem to anyone looking for removals services!
