Superb service from Jorja today in the Belfast Donegall Place store. Was in to get new shoes with my young son who is a toddler & Jorja was fantastic. She measured his feet & then offered to bring a range of footwear out that they had in his size to try. She was so gentle with him & he actually enjoyed trying on different pairs! We picked the ones he walked most in & I mentioned there was a bit of suede in them & he often soaks his feet with the garden hose. She suggested we buy a spray that protects suede from getting wet/damaged & had used this herself - so I bought that with the shoes! Superb customer service & will definitely be back!!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Arjan and Ahlam at this branch who went above and beyond to help us with our daughter’s shoes. An expert fitting, lots of fit checks in different styles and then they searched to get the pink shoes she had her heart set on delivered to store in time for our holiday. Amazing customer service and so patient with the many back and forths we had. Thank you both so much.

I was about to try a pair of shoes on today when I found I had an open sore with slight bleeding on my left heel from the shoes I went out in. I asked the assistant in the men's section if there was a plaster or something I could put on the heel before I tried on the shoe. She said she would go and have a look, moments later re-appearing with two plasters, two surgical wipes and some tissue. The shoes were extremely comfy so I wore them out the store. I cannot thank Jasleen enough for her care and kindness (and also a great pair of shoes).

As soon as we went in Clark’s in Thurrock we were approached by Tonima. She was so helpful, and obviously loves her job! She offered to order shoes in for us, and we actually ended up with more shoes than we initially intended buying! She is a credit to the store.

Have worn Clark’s shoes for fifty years and they used to be a byword for reliability. However the soles of a pair of Nature 3 shoes completely disintegrated after 15 months of light use. Customer care basically a waste of time. Buy these shoes at your own risk

Went in looking for Chelsea boots managed to find some on sale, did not have size i needed in store however spoke to Talisha who was very friendly and knowledgeable and she managed to find a pair at another store to be delivered.

The gentleman who measured my daughter's feet in Affinity Clarks Fleetwood was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient with her, very helpful and went above and beyond to find my daughter the perfect pair of shoes and sandals. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

​I have bought Clarks school shoes every year for 10 years. This year, a £54 pair completely disintegrated, with the soles crumbling away. Customer service admitted in writing that the materials failed to meet their standards, but they have refused to offer a fair remedy and are now completely ignoring my emails. They refuse to refund me or even issue a deadlock letter.
