Just visited Charlotte in the Crawley branch! I have to say she was the most helpful and friendly agent I’ve met in any Clarks!

We always going to Clark’s as this time we met the person who gave us the service is amazing his name is ASH in cardiff branch . Our intention is to buy only one shoe pair but with his services we bought three pairs.

Excellent job by Soph at fosse park, she was very knowledgeable and helped pick out shoes for our toddler.

Liaba at Middlebrook was fantastic with our girls today. Very patient and knowledgeable.

I was served by Paul, a lovely fella. Very helpful and didn't rush us.

Went in today to get my daughter’s first pair of shoes, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. All the staff were so helpful, patient, and friendly, making such a special milestone feel even more memorable. They took the time to measure her feet properly, helped us choose the perfect fit, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. Nothing felt rushed, and their kindness really stood out. Thank you for making her first shoe shopping experience such a lovely one — we’ll definitely be back!

I visited your Clarks store in Belfast City Centre to get my son’s feet measured and to buy his first pair of shoes.

The welcome we got when we entered the store was so heart warming. The assistant Rhys asked what my son’s name was and was so friendly talking away to myself and my son.

Originally wanted to buy one pair of shoes and ended up with two.

The staff and customer service I received that day was 10/10! I will definitely be returning to this store soon to get more shoes….even for myself next time!

I ordered some shoes and they took quite a while to ship. After that, delivery to Spain took another two weeks, and UPS didn’t even attempt delivery to my address. Instead, they sent the package directly to a pickup point.

Unfortunately, the shoes were not my size, so I needed to exchange them.

I asked customer service if they could still apply the 15% discount I originally used, but they refused because it had already been used on the first order. On top of that, I also had to pay €5 to return the shoes, even though the order arrived late and wasn’t delivered to my home.

For such a big company, they really don’t seem to care much about their customers.

You just lost a customer.

I brought a pair of shoes for my 8 year old & after 1 day of wear the rubber on the outsides of the sole has come away from the shoe. Clark’s customer service has been appalling. They would not help me online with a refund & told me I had to return them to the store I purchased them from which I then did (at extra cost to me) to be told the shoes are not indestructible & my child was at fault. I expect a quality shoe for £42 that can withstand a normal days wear apparently Clark’s do not. I have then contacted again online to be ignored. Consumer rights act states a product must be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose & last a reasonable length of time. These shoes have met none of these. They clearly now do not have any pride in the shoes they make. I will not be shopping at Clark’s again.

Very rude and uncultured staff. I was served by Terry at Worcester park clarks he spoke rudely making racist remarks.

We visited the Fosse Park store in Leicester and was served by Talisha. Amazing customer service, a great service and a very happy little boy with his new shoes!

Abi and Anton always provide excellent service.

Both being super friendly and approachable aswell as having good knowledge of their shoes, they are informative on how to care for my shoes properly. Abi was really helpful in explaining the proper care methods for the new pair of shoes I purchased alongside the correct Polish.

Thank you Sarah, in Clark’s Carmarthen store for all your help finding sandals for my tweenager daughter today! I loved your friendly, positive service. You really made us smile first thing in the morning!

We visited the Worthing shop to let our daughter pick some shoes.

Steph upstairs was really kind and helpful.

The kind lady downstairs was fun and playful with the kids too.

Last month my husband and I were visiting Dublin and the airlines lost our luggage. We needed new shoes since it was raining and we packed our boots. Although the store was super busy, Charlotte helped us out tremendously!! She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient . In fact she was so good, we ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes! Charlotte definitely came to our rescue- she was our Shoe Angel that day and we definitely needed one. Thank you Charlotte!
