Ellie was great from start to finish! Really polite, approachable and seemed to have knowledge of which Clark’s kids shoes we were in need of! No hanging about, “straight to the point” kind of service. Ellie was friendly and confident, and when we are in need of another pair of shoes, I would definitely go back to the Middlebrook branch. Thanks again Ellie!

I was lucky enough to get Asma at Middlebrook serving me again for my grandsons sons.
She served me last time and I didn’t write a review (shame on me) however, she really does go above and beyond to make sure she connects with the children to sort their shoes out.
My grandson is only 2 and not only did she do a great job measuring his shoes she was genuinely so lovely throughout the experience. Thank you again Asma hope we get you next time.

Great service at Middlebrook today.
Safa was friendly, efficient and gave great advice.
She was super with our two, very little (and wriggly!) Grandchildren.

Super service by Safa at the middlebrook shop. Helped my little boy pick out some new school shoes and trainers and the care for them. He’s one very happy little boy with his cheetah trainers and school shoes. Thank you

Shop on middlebrook Horwich , was attended by Safa, who was friendly, polite and so helpful obtaining a few different shoes and sizes . Nothing was too much for her and obviously purchased my shoes that fitted perfectly.
Excellent service.

Safa was very helpful. Explained about shoe care. Only downside was that my blue light card was not accepted as I was told I had to spend £70 on shoes, not shoes and accessories.

I had a brilliant experience today in Middlebrook with staff member Safa. She measured my little boys feet and was really helpful on choosing some
Trainers, pumps and crocs. She was very good with my son and made it fun for him and easy for me, thank you Safa.

The staff were friendly and attentive when needed. Safa was very pleasant and constructive in her comments and advice without being overly pushy.

Visited the store today for our first grandsons first shoes. Safa the assistant was fantastic. Very helpful, engaging and really nice with our grandson Freddie. An asset to your store.

Safa@middlebrook was excellent when choosing our granddaughters first shoes she measured her feet carefully and showed us a good selection whilst interacting with the baby throughout a fabulous piece of customer service.

We were served by Safa in the Middlebrook store. Buying school shoes mid week, she was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the advice and help we were given and came away with new shoes.

Was served by Ellie, she was very nice and fun to talk to :) gave her honest opinion on the shoes, found me some Mary Jane type shoes that were chunky like I wanted and showed me some leather restorer that will help when I customise them !!

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service from Khadeeja in your Reebok store. Thank you and the experience is filed away in our minds for next time we need footwear. Proves to always stick with Clarks 👍
