Lauren C @ Middlebrook fitted 4 of our children for school shoes and was fantastic. She was so friendly & engaging with the children. She was extremely helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Lauren.

Khadeeja was fantastic the way she served us professionally but also friendly and chatted. Very efficient and customer focussed as they were happy to attend to my son before our allotted time. Would recommend.

Today I went to Clark’s Middlebrook for kids shoes and was attended by Lauren. She was so lovely and helped to measure kids size and picked the right ones for them. Well attentive and a very great member of team .

When we arrived for our appointment. A friendly member of staff greeted us, sat us down and within a minute jade was over to help she couldn't do enough for us she listen to what we had to say and made selections off what style we spoke about

Today I visited Clark's in middlebrook Bolton. There was a slight wait which wasn't to long and the staff were communicating well getting everyone seen. We were seen by Reyanah and what a lovely person she was. She spoke to my 4 year old asking his name taking into account his opinions on shoes. She made the experience really calming and my son enjoyed getting his shoes so thank you very much for being so nice and smiley.

We went to Clarks Middlebrook and Reyanah looked after us. She was very efficient, friendly and exceptionally helpful. An absolute assets to the Clarks family. We have always had Clarks shoes since the children started crawling and now our youngest in his last year of high school this is our last shop. Reyanah was a super member of staff to have looked after us on our last visit. Plus less than a week before the new school year they had the exact size and shoe we needed!!

Had a great fitting at the Middlebrook store this morning for my three children. Mo was helpful and knowledgable. Best of all, we were finished within 15 minutes.

Abdul served us for our school shoes today at Bolton Middlebrook store. My two young child were full of energy and a bit wild which I felt very conscious of in store, Abdul was reassuring and helped to engage my little one trying her shoes on. He was quick and precise and we were very happy with the shoes and trainers we got. Abdul was friendly and thoughtful through our encounter and the experience was made easier by him.

We booked a fitting at Horwich, Middlebrook Clarks and were served by Safa, who was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, chatty, and really took her time to ensure everything was just right. Her care and attention made the whole experience feel relaxed and thorough. We left feeling confident that the shoes we bought will be perfect for returning to school. Thank you, Safa, for such a positive experience!

We were served by Asma. A young talent with alot of patience. We had to buy 3 pairs of school shoes for our boys and Asmas service was exceptional. This was in Bolton Middle Brook branch. Must confess everyone at the store was helpful and friendly but definitely big shout out to Asma

Reyanah fitted my daughter for school shoes today and was wonderful. She chatted with my daughter which really put her at ease and took her time ensuring that the shoes fitted properly whilst explaining to us what she was checking for etc. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and is a credit to the store. Visited the Middlebrook, Bolton store with my friend.
He needed some formal shoes. A member of staff measured his feet and it was found he had been wearing the wrong size. Asma, who had only been working at the store for little more than a month, took over and helped him find the perfect pair. I have to say she was so patient, understood my friend's requirements and went out of her way to help him choose the best fitting shoes. She is a credit to the Middlebrook store.
