Came into store at Middlebrook for my daughter’s shoe fittings for school. Lauren C was great and very helpful. Thank you very much

Adiba was my sales assistant and helped me find the right size and fit for a pair of work shoes. Adiba listened and considered what could be a good option for me, thank you for your super help!

Abdul and Jade are both exceptionally skilled at their job. I’ve been to every Clarks in the country but nothing comes close to the service I received from these two today.

Abdul was extremely helpful! Made the kids feel completely at ease and involved in measuring choosing the shoes. Excellent customer service. Thankyou!!!

Only had to wait around 10 minutes without a booked slot app. Was served by Abdul who made the process enjoyable and fun for the kids and also the adults! Funny guy!

We had a lovely experience and very helpful young lady called Jade at Horwich retail park. Nothing was too much trouble and service with a smile. She couldn’t help us enough with my mother at 86 years of age she was wonderful.

Rude manager!!

I have just been to Clarks located at Middlebrook,Linkway, Horwich, Bolton..
I was greeted by the most polite young girl and later we were attended to by Reyannah Z, she was fantastic, great with my little girl and so helpful, polite and professional

However, this is the second time attending here when i have witnessed this rude, abrupt manager. I am amusing she was the manager, not in uniform, looked very casual (too casually dressed) Not only was she quite abrupt to me but she was awful to the first young girl that was helping us..
She scolded this girl and embarrassed her in front of the full shop!! Then had to shout to her not to forget about ‘Health and Safety’ in the most patronising way ever! It was awful.

The young girl came over to apologise, to which i advised her she had nothing to apologise for and it should be the manager apologising.

A very similar situation happened last year and i remember thinking then what a jobs worth she was.

This manager (wish i had her name) clearly enjoys throwing her authority around and making the young staff embarrassed !!! Awful!

Girls get a new job.. you dont need to be treated like that.

George was absolutely fabulous when helping us choose school shoes for our 7 year old.

Attentive, polite and patient!

Today Ellie served us and we were very impressed with her professionalism and care. She is a credit to the store.

We went to get school shoes fitted and were dealt with by Ellie, she was absolutely lovely with all three of my little children and was so kind and polite. Made the stressful experience of school shopping that little bit easier and came away with shoes for all three with three happy toddlers.

Lauren C in Middlebrook was a lovely, efficient, helpful, smiley and welcoming member of staff. An asset to Clarks.
