We booked a slot for our granddaughters fitting and we found the experience very good , friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s the 2nd time we’ve done this and will return . Safa was excellent , thank you.

We were well looked after at Clark’s today. The sales assistant was very patient and we got the shoes we wanted.

Chris at the middlebrook store was absolutely fantastic with my two boys getting their feet measured. He spoke directly to them and asked their names which was lovely to see. He was pleasant and seemed happy to be doing his job. I had a little trouble using a voucher to pay and he was so patient while I tried to sort the issue.

Went into store today to get my daughter’s first pre walker shoes. We was served by Reyanah and she was amazing! She was so friendly & welcoming. We really felt at ease. Thank you so so much. Such a lovely girl!

We were seen by Khadeeja and Abdul today, I believe Khadjeea was a new starter she engaged really well with both our children, very smiley and a lovely person.
Abdul was very professional explaining the processes to Kaheeja and explained to us as customers this is what he would be doing, he was very chatty and engaged with both our children, and us as customers.
Our little girl gets very shy and nervous both Khadeeja and Abdul were warm and welcoming it was a pleasant experience and we will be returning again

It's a nice, spacious branch, and Chris was very patient and helpful as my mum and I tried on pair after pair of shoes! We came home with two pairs in the end.

I took my elderly mum for shoes and sandals to the Middlebrook. Alicia was helpful, polite and recommended the correct footwear for mum who has plantar faciitis. Alicia was professional in all areas.

Abdul was very good with my ADHD child. Let him help and keep him busy along side getting his new shoes

Abdul was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we had a chat about the range and there was no pressure to buy but he advised on what they had in stock in what I requested for my little girl. He brought the walking shoes out and as there was only 1 pair in her size(that wasnt his issue, its just that most of the walkers only start from a 4) we bought them but advised we'll definitely be back. Safa was with him on her first day training, she was attentive, chatty and smiley. Was a great experience for my little girls first walkers and I'll be back in the coming weeks for my eldests first school shoes.

Abdul was really helpful and considerate. He was also great with my kids. Really took the stress out of shoe shopping!

We went to Clarks at Middlebrook Retail Park to get our baby girls first shoes and were met by a a friendly and helpful man named Abdul. He couldn't have helped us more and made this special moment for us a lovely experience! He was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the shop assistants we have dealt with in the past. At Middlebook Liaba was polite and professional and sold us shoe care. She measured and interacted with a toddler very well. Very friendly atmosphere in the shop.
