The staff at Clark’s were really friendly and helpful. Becca@middlebrook was so lovely with my 3 year old granddaughter. Definitely an asset to the shop there. She was so smiley, happy and understanding. And very efficient in her service. Knew exactly what was best for my granddaughter and gave good advice. Left confident that we had purchased the right shoes. Thank you Becca. Keep up the good work! 🙂👏👍💕

Very pleasant experience, Abdul was extremely helpful and patient with our toddler while he had his feet measured. He showed great product knowledge and was very friendly, would recommend.

Today we went to get my daughters first shoes at the Bolton Middlebrook store. We were served for a shoe fitting by Mohammed. My daughter was very tired and whinging. Mohammed was so calm and patient and caring that he managed to keep it a lovely and memorable experience for us all. He was fantastic with my daughter and gave us options and ideas for shoes. He is fantastic at his job and we all agreed that was the best customer service we had experienced in years. Lovely young man, thank you so much for all your help!

I received excellent customer service from Karen at Clarks (Horwich Bolton). It was the best service we’ve experienced—Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to measure my child’s feet properly, and we quickly found the perfect pair of shoes. Thank you very much!

Excellent and comprehensive service from Karen and her apprentice really sorry can’t remember her name . This was at the middlebrook Bolton store . Quality service, they spent a good amount of time checking the shoes were the right fit ! I was really confident my little boy got the correct fit . Will keep going back

Alicia served us @ The Middlebrook branch & made our visit very comfortable & successful. Previously we had been given the wrong width fitting by another branch for my young grandaughter who is non verbal with complex needs. She exchanged the footwear for the correct width without any problems.
We will be returning again.

Jen at middlebrook store was brilliant, she was so attentive and took time to chat and make conversation and made us feel at ease and guided us in the best way to decide on what shoes to buy.

Jen at Middlebrook provided us with excellent service, we weren’t rushed and she was lovely with our elderly mum.

Jacob at the Middlebrook store was extremely helpful and patient. He tried various styles and sizes and looked to order shoes that weren't in stock. He persevered and managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my daughter.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were not rushed and Becca the assistant spent time and patience helping my teenage grandaughter Willow to choose her shoes.

Went to the Middlebrook Store and greeted by a very smiley and friendly member of staff. Her name was Karen and she guided dad to several options based on what he asked for. Karen measured his feet to get a perfect match. Dad was offered a shoe horn but he decided not to use it.

Dad was really happy with what he got and even bought something extra in the shape of a pair of slippers.

Abdul at the middlebrook store was amazing our toddler, really fun and engaging showing him and us the different fits and styles.
Although the shoes we wanted weren't in stock he was super helpful offering to order them in or getting up the information to buy later online

Took my little boy to have his feet measured at Middlebrook today. He’s autistic so didn’t want to cooperate. Abdul was extremely patient and we left with two pairs of shoes. Thank you
