My son recently had a shoe fitting at Clark’s Middlebrook, Bolton. He’s only 5 and very shy and initially didn’t want to take off his old shoes! Humaira was very friendly and patient and we managed to get his new school shoes sorted. Thank you ☺️

I was served promptly by Abdul. He was really friendly and helpful and great with my daughter and helped her find some new school shoes that she said were comfy (not easy for my daughter as she has sensory issues!) she also said Abdul was very nice. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service from Humaira at the middbrook store. Our daughter was little bit nervous and Humaira put her at ease and made the service a pleasure. We will definitely visit this store again when the time needs.

Becca at the middlebrook store was extremely helpful with fitting my 11 year old son with some school shoes . My son has adhd and is very specific and Becca made the whole process an absolute breeze in a task that I was dreading so thank you !

I needed a pair of sandals to fit my wide feet, my feet expand with heat abroad. I usually get sandals and when I'm away on holiday they don't fit and have to wear flip flops. Jacob the young man from Clark's at Middlebrook shop in Bolton. He listened to what I liked and wanted. Which is very rare. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted. He was patient, pleasant, kind and caring. I think he should be awarded employee of the month. Yours Jayne

Visited a couple of weeks ago. Treated with politeness and respect. Looked after my wifes needs perfectly . Her feet were carefully measured and she was offered several alternatives, before she decided on what she liked. Without any sales pressure. Jen@middlebrook was a great help and made the whole experience pleasant.

Great experience in Middlebrook with Abdul, store was quiet and was immediately greeted and helped. Was there to get my 3.5 year old’s feet measured and pick some trainers. Abdul was really great with my son, cheerful and got his trust very quickly. Was patient with him and got the right shoes fitted super fast. Was easy for me to pay and whole experience lovely and smooth. Offered were explained but didn’t feel pressured. Most importantly my son loves his new shoes :)

Visited Middlebrook store today to buy two pairs of school shoes for teenage boys.
Humaira was very helpful and provided great service.

Becca at the Middlebrook store in Bolton helped my daughter to choose some new shoes this evening and she was absolutely fantastic. If she hadn’t told us that she was new to her role we’d have assumed she’d been working there much longer. Thank you very much !

The young boy that served us with children's shoes was hopeless I showed him a shoe on my phone that we were looking for he said its online only had to ask could we order it he said I'd have yo find out the name wasn't willing to help in any way. We were dumbstruck he just would do nothing I asked for another shoe he said he couldn't see them on the shelf so had to ask again for him to check his stock eventually he found them in the storeroom .How does this place stay open hopeless disinterested boy that needs to find another job this was a Thursday shop was empty no wonder

Great service from Jen. Everything in the service she provided was exceptional. Very friendly personality. Will definitely shop here again. Shoes very comfy.

Shop is bright, spacious and parking is easy. Assistant Alicia was very helpful and knowledgable, suggesting a wider fit. She was patient and didn't rush me, nothing was too much trouble even after several shoes and differing sizes/widths. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent experience and service from Muhammad at the Middlebrook store recently. Thank for being brilliant with our daughter and being very informative with everything. Super helpful.

Far better than the experience back in October 2024 where our child was wrongly measured. Anyways... glad i gave Clarks another chance!
