Clarks at Middlebrook has always been a good shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Today I was served by Jen who could not have been more helpful or efficient. Excellent service, with a lovely smile.

Visited the middlebrook store today and was taken care of by Ria, she measured my daughter’s feet, she was very friendly and very good with my daughter! She fully checked each shoe we tried on, making sure the fit was correct, gave good advice on how to clean the shoes and keep them looking new. Thank you so much

We came in on Friday 10th of January with our little grandson, Otis. He's 14 months old and is just at the point of walking.
We were served by Alicia who was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. She was amazing with Otis and you can tell she's really invested in the job. We had an amazing experience and bought 2 pairs of shoes and a protective spray, all recommended by Alicia. She really was brilliant and we were very happy to be served by her.
The store looked really good and had lots of stock to chose from. Lots of good stuff in the sale at amazing prices too. 10/10

We bought our daughter school shoes from the Bolton Middlebrook store, and were served by Amaia. The service was excellent, and even though we visited at a very busy time, we didn’t feel rushed and were able to take our time making a decision. The shoes still look great after a full term of reception and still fit well.

Muhammad and Ahmed were extremely helpful and friendly, their service was excellent in helping me find the perfect shoes.

Fantastic experience last night at the Bolton Middlebrook Clarkes store.
Both Jen and Ahmed were amazing and even kept the store open for me for an extra 5 mins to help me sort what I needed.

Alicia went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes to support my feet, distorted by rheumatoid arthritis. I had been putting off visiting shoe shops and was anxious about the process but my visit to the Clarks shop was made easier by both staff members on duty that day. I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others.

We came in to get my daughter’s first pair of shoes today. We were served by Jacob at Middlebrook, he was friendly and professional. He didn’t even mind that my daughter screamed throughout the process. We did apologise for the potential headache we caused but he just laughed it off.

Bought a pair of shoes and boots today from Clarks and received excellent service from Jen at the Bolton Middlebrook store.

We visited your middle brook branch today and Jen and her young assistant were both friendly yet professional.They both helped us to decide on the style and type of footwear we required. If I was scoring their performance I would give them both a big 10 out of 10.

Went to the Middlebrook store today to buy my 2 children some new shoes. Jen greated us as soon as we walked in and noticed that my son had his hands over his ears (he has autism) and she offered to turn the music down for him in case it was an issue. Jen really looked after us this morning and got both my children fitted and brought out a good selection of shoes for each of them to try on. We had a lovely experience and didn't feel rushed at all.

Will definitely be visiting this store for all future purposes, especially as Jen informed us of the quiet half hour they do every morning to accommodate those with additional needs.

Cannot recommend this store or Jen enough. Thank you so much.

Jen who served us was lovely. Her service was impeccable. She made my 3 year old granddaughter laugh and feel at ease. Really good service.
