Becca was great with my two year old who is very shy and doesn’t usually speak to anyone! She measured her feet and helped us pick out some lovely boots for winter.

I had such a great experience with Asma at Clarks! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient while I was choosing the right pair of shoes. She really knew her stuff and made sure I found something that was both comfortable and stylish. Excellent customer service. Asma went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!

Visited Middlebrook and served by a very patient young man called Mo who helped my 82 year old mum find some comfortable shoes. Despite her having very painful bunions! Thank you Mo!

Served by Safa yesterday at the Middlebrook store, and she was fabulous. She measured my daughters feet and engaged with her at her level. She treated my daughter as the customer, asked her opinion, what style and colour she liked and went to store room a number of times to get alternative sizes. Came out with 2 pairs of shoes and my daughter felt a million dollars.

Freedom to browse but assistance available when I needed it. Safa was knowledgeable and chatty whilst she served me. No pressure from her to upsell but she helpfully offered the protection spray which I also bought. Would definitely shop there again

Extremely positive. Safa was friendly, helpful & concerned to ensure that we purchased exactly what we needed.

Safa greeted us with a smile on entry and told us if we needed help she was at hand. After a couple of minutes browsing Safa measured my feet and fetched the shoes out from the store room for me to try on. One of the selected styles was perfect and after a short discussion regarding maintenance and care products I purchased my shoes. The sales process was excellent good friendly advice and no hard sell all in all Safa provided the perfect sales experience.

Visited Clark’s Middlebrook and was first served by the manager who was very helpful and prompt in finding assistance, Becca came to help me and my 8 year old daughter, she could see my daughter was upset and was really kind and caring with her, she was patient and knowledgeable in helping my daughter to find the right fit and style for her.
Becca was an absolute gem and Clark’s is lucky to have her as a sales assistant, with the right attitude and friendliness, I left the store with a happy smiling girl with new school shoes. Thank you

I visited Clark’s in Middlebrook last Thursday 9th October a lovely lady called safa helped me she was very helpful professional very kind fabulous service will defo be going back.

Mo at Middlebrook was wonderful. He was so helpful when we went in to buy our daughter’s first pair of shoes. He was gentle with her, brought out other shoes he thought we’d like, and asked all the right questions to ensure we got what we needed. Thank you!

Visited Middlebrook today with elderly mother in law and her friend today, we were served by Jen she was so patient and helpful measuring their feet and and bringing multiple pairs of shoes for them both to try,
They both bought two pairs each!
Her customer service was second to non probably needed to lie down in a darkened room for an hour afterwards, we were all very grateful for her for her assistance.

I visited Middlebrook at the start of September for my daughter’s first ever pair of school shoes. I booked an appointment and the manager and fitter were waiting for us as we arrived. Reyanah was extremely smiley and friendly- she included my daughter (a very mature 4 year old!) in all conversations. She measured and explained we were between sizes so would try both. She asked what styles we liked but we were very open as long as patent. She brought two pairs to try with different price points and then talked us through the fits. She seemed knowledgeable and it felt she really enjoyed her job. Thanks for all your help x
