My daughter Ophelia and I just had the most wonderful experience in the Alton, Hants store. Charlotte is a star. So attentive, explained every aspect of the shoes and what makes my daughter’s feet just that little bit different in an informative and empathetic way. She spoke directly to my daughter which she loved and was very much appreciated from me. Honestly she is incredible at her job! Thank you Charlotte. Also a thank you to Lucy who explained about the uses of the various waxes for the shoes and just how different feet could be. Both of them are absolute assets to your company. Thank you.

He answered each of my questions with a sense of expertise that reassured me throughout our interaction, inclining me to return to this store for future purchases. I extend many thanks to Rashid and his colleagues for creating such a wonderful shopping experience and atmosphere within the store.

Lesley was very helpful and friendly, also knowledgeable about shoe fitting. Now I have a happy teenage girl with shoes that fit her perfectly. Shop was nearly empty so no waiting time either.

⭐ Very disappointed with both the shoes and the customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Clarks. I purchased a pair of shoes which showed a significant quality issue after just two days of normal wear. For a brand like Clarks, I expected much better quality and durability.

I returned to the Clarks Crewe store expecting the issue to be dealt with reasonably, but unfortunately I was told that “nothing could be done” and was refused a swap or exchange.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the member of staff. When I asked for an email address so that I could raise a formal complaint, I was simply told to “Google them.” I found this response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.

I wasn't expecting special treatment — I was simply asking for help with a product that had developed a problem after only two days.

I have since raised a formal complaint with Clarks Customer Services and hope they will take the matter seriously. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would currently struggle to recommend Clarks, either for the quality of their products or the level of customer service I received at the Crewe store.

Afua was great! Even though the shop was busy, we didn't feel rushed. We bought school shoes for my daughter and she engaged with my young son as well. Lovely, smiley and friendly!

I went to Clarks shop in Ormskirk last Saturday 29th August 2026 . The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I purchased the Clarks Axcel Walk Gold Metallic . They’re very comfortable and fit well.

I always buy my shoes at Clark’s. Trendy design and beautiful colours is what I value. Good service as staff brings the requested shoes quick.

Amelia (L), Sipho and Rihanna all went above and beyond on what could have been a stressful day! The shop at gun wharf was well stocked and running like clockwork. These guys were so efficient but friendly too. Very impressed! Thank you guys 🙏 😁

I bought a pair of shoes for each of my kids. When I got home I realised I had been charged for two of the more expensive pair. I complained online with evidence and was told there was nothing they could do. If I drive back to the store in Cardiff then combined fuel and parking fee would exceed the £8 they owe me, ignoring the wasted time. Will not be using Clarke's again. Terrible customer service.

Very good experience at the Grafton Street shop in Dublin. Was served by Gerry, who made sure that the shoes I was buying for my son were the right fit and comfortable. He was very nice to deal with and made the whole experience easy and quick, and we left as satisfied customers.

We went to the Clarks in Upminster this afternoon and we were served by Rachel who was amazing. She made sure my daughter's shoes fit perfectly, thank you.

Laibah H from Clarks in Wakefield gave an excellent service fitting a pair of school shoes - she was friendly and engaging with my child and helped us to find just what we needed. All sizes were available in stock for us to try on and find the perfect fit.
