Had great service in your Mayflower retail store in basildon, the sales lady chloe was very good, as a customer i was given personnel service which i thought was excellent,nothing was too much trouble with me wanting to try on sandals over and over again.
Pleasant lady who is a credit to the clarks shoe shop team.

Popped into Clarks in a mild panic after my daughter’s shoe sole decided to dramatically detach itself. We needed a replacement urgently.
My daughter had her heart set on the flimsiest pair imaginable – clearly designed for summer strolls, not British winter survival. Enter Jodie, who calmly and kindly worked her magic, gently steering her away from “fashion only” and towards something warm, sturdy and actually capable of lasting longer than two minutes in the rain.
Crisis averted, toes protected, and winter defeated (at least footwear-wise). Fantastic service, great patience, and a brilliant sense of humour too. Thank you Jodie and Clarks – one sensible shoe purchase at a time!

Went in for school shoes for my daughter starting senior school. We were greeted by Lola who measured my daughter’s feet and after discussing styles helped us find the perfect pair. They fit well and are very comfortable.

Served by Jasmin in the Mayflower Basildon store. She helped my husband find the perfect fit shoe by suggesting a different style and a wider fit. She was patient ,helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

We had a fitting a few days ago but unfortunately the shoes just weren't quite right. We returned to the store where we were seen to by Jodie (whom I had spoken to on the phone) she was absolutely amazing and made sure to double and triple check his size/feet/fit and noticed that he had a narrow shoe on a wide foot and kindly exchanged them for him. She was so attentive and really personable with both my son-Oscar and I. Thankyou Jodie x

I went last week to get my children’s school shoes. Great service received. Rihanna (Basildon Branch) was very patient with my over excited children. It took us quite a few pairs to find ones that my son felt comfortable with but Rihanna went above and beyond to make sure he was happy with the ones he got.

The service was really good, we were helped by Lola when we went shopping for children's shoes during the summer holidays. She was incredibly patient and kind when speaking to my children and helped them to choose which shoes suited them best while helping me to understand the sizing in regards to wide fit etc. Boys shoes - I found there was a reasonable selection to chose from and my son found a style that he liked straight away. Girls shoes - not so much and we ended up with a ladies shoe for my 12 year old because the styles that she liked were patent with no alternative for a Matt finish. I would also have liked to see some more styles with a non leather alternative as I'd prefer to buy these

We were looked after by Sarah who understood our daughter’s needs as she’s autistic with severe learning difficulties. It’s always a struggle getting her feet measured but Sarah was fantastic as she has experience with special needs children

Went to get the annual foot measure and school shoe shop. I pre-booked the appointment which I recommend. The lovely Gerald helped us, he was very helpful good with my two and quick with getting shoes. Excellent experience. We went to the basildon branch and will be back next year. I was a little disappointed that Clarks no longer take blue light cards

Grateful thanks to the staff at the Basildon branch of Clarks. A big shout out to Seni in particular, who was amazing. My 6-year-old granddaughter was between shoe sizes and none of the available shoes were quite suitable. However Seni was unfailingly patient and kind to her and very polite to us. He served us for nearly an hour and in the end we didn't buy anything. Well done though, to this member of staff and his manager! Thank you. We will be returning soon.

We had to change school shoes that weren't quite right which we'd bought about 3 weeks ago. Rihanna served us and remeasured my daughter's feet. My daughter has narrow feet and one foot bigger than the other. We ended up being an hour in the shop. Rihanna was so helpful and patient and with my daughter. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks Rhianna and Clarks. 😁

Came in today for school shoe fitting my daughter is non verbal and autistic and Jasmin served us who was amazing but also remembered serving us last year. She was so patient with my daughter treated her amazing thank you so much.

I bought new school shoes for my children. The experience was very pleasant. Even though it was busy in the shop, the lady (Lola) that served was very patient and had a lot of knowledge. She didn't mind going back and forth so my children could try multiple pairs so they could finally find something that fit them well, felt comfortable. Lola was very friendly, great with the children, patient and knowledgeable.

A really stress-free and enjoyable experience getting school shoes for my children. Thank you Emma for your kindness, patience and help serving us. We were so happy with the service and the shoes.

Seni was our sales advisor. He was very helpful and incredibly polite and friendly. He helped my 15 year old chose his shoes and gave great service
