I booked an appointment for my son's school shoe fitting. We were directed to a seating area immediately and only waited a few minutes before being served by Milena.

Milena was incredibly patient and kind with my son and allowed him to take his time with looking at his different school shoe options.

Absolutely brilliant service, thank you Milena for making what can feel like a stressful time, so much easier.

It’s difficult when you have a 2 year old who needs measuring for shoes and Clark’s is my go to store. Thanks to Chloe at the Basingstoke store my granddaughter not only got what she needed but she got the understanding and support which was very needed. Thank you Chloe.

I highly recommend Clarks to anyone looking for good quality shoes and excellent service. I recently went to Clarks in Basingstoke and was impressed with Arun's utmost professionalism from start to finish. Arun was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and answered all my questions promptly. I’ve recommended Clarks to all my friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

Visited Basingstoke store, although the shop was extremely busy, everything was calm and efficient. There was no pressure to rush and the service was excellent . We were served by Milena who went above and beyond to help us, she was very good with our four year old granddaughter, the experience was great.

We were served by the lovely Kiera & Milena. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and really knew how to interact with my step daughter well.

We visited a very busy store today however it was well organised and we didn't wait long to be served. We were served by Adam who was so patient calm and very polite nothing was too much trouble for him as we did the dreaded back to school shoes.

Milena helped both my 15 year old and my 5 year old with return to school shoes. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the stock available and her selection of options ensuring we had an exceptional customer experience.

I had a lovely visit to Clarks Basingstoke yesterday. I was helped by Jasmine and Amber as I was looking for a new pair of shoes and I left with a new handbag too. Amazing service, both were very friendly and knowledgeable as they both helped me decide on which shoes and bag to buy.

We walked in and were served by the very helpful Callum. Was all super smooth and got we wanted very quickly. Even got the beginnings of a quality conversation in - hope the 2nd year goes well Callum! Jn 3:16 👍

Sofia was excellent at keeping the children engaged and entertained whilst also fitting thier school shoes.

Mabel in Basingstoke was fantastic with my autistic daughter. Mabel was extremely patient and helpful in finding the perfect cofy shoes. Best experience we have had in Clarks.

Milena was amazing today in clarks basingstoke. We went later in the day, and we had no waiting time. Milena was really friendly and patient with my daughter, she made sure the shoes fitted correctly and she didn't mind how many times she had to go back to get different shoes. The dreaded school shoe shopping was made a better experience with the excellent service we recieved. Overall fantastic service today!

Just been to Clarkes in Basingstoke Festival Place to buy schools shoes and trainers for all 3 of my children. Milena served us and was brilliant! She measured them all, helped with the choice, gave advice and all the time with a smile and made the whole experience very calm and efficient. Thank you Milena, we walked out with 6 pairs of shoes!

I wad served by Callum today at the Basingstoke Clarks branch. I was getting my sons first shoes, he was very child friendly, efficient & knowledgeable which all made for a very good customer experience.

Callum was fantastic and patient with both of my ND children and did not try to rush us

Lucy is a super helper. She took her time to ensure that we get the right shoe.

School shoe shopping always fills me with dread. Melina at Basingstoke Clark’s was an absolute angel yesterday. Totally painless and very happy with my daughters ‘wild card’ choice. Thank you 🙏
