Very professional approach to the Customer
The Staff in the Clark’s outlet in the Infinity Shopping Precinct Bideford gave me an excellent service today . Nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious that the Manager had installed that principle in them at their training.

I just wanted to share my experience from yesterday with Karl at the Bideford store. Karl helped me with measuring and fitting for my little boys first ever pair of shoes!
He was helpful and very knowledgeable about which shoes to go for as my son isn’t quite walking yet.
We had a very pleasant experience and purchased 2 pairs of lovely ‘pre-walker’ shoes.

I walked into the shop just to have a browse but, I found a pair I liked.
Carl came and asked if he could help in anyway, I replied yes. I left the shop with a lovely pair of shoes. He made me feel important. Will be going back again without hesitation when I need another pair of shoes.
