First rate customer service
I'm not generally much of a reviewer but I do want to say about the excellent customer service I received from Gurdeep at the Bishops Stortford Clarks. She asked me very nicely if she could help. Unable to see any suitable trainers, I said I really didn't think so. She directed me to the small sale section I'd walked past, and knew off by heart all those trainers in the back room that wouldn't fit on the sale display. Hey presto, a pair were perfect, but not in the right colourway so I ordered them to store. When picking them up a week later, not only did Gurdeep remember me, but also where I would be going on a walking holiday! I'm super happy that the trekkers are so comfortable, unlike all the sport's brand ones I'd tried on before, but I'm also glad to know that wonderful customer service does actually exist! So a big 5 stars from me
