Great service by Dominic Faro today in Clarks at Bluewater! He was really attentive and patient with my two children who needed school shoes. He talked me through the sizing and fit to reassure me with the purchase and was very polite.

One of the managers of this store Leah was a massive help. Had an issue in store and she helped us massively. Nothing was too much to ask for, really appreciate her help and kindness. Thank you very much such a pleasant experience.

Harami and Sonya were very lovely people and helped us, making it an efficient and pleasant experience to shop there. They re an asset to the store, and Harami complimented my nails, I just thought that was very nice of her.

Always go to Clark’s for my kids shoes - today the guy who ‘helped’ us hardly looked at my sons feet with the shoes- I had to ask him to check if they was enough room for his toes- he didn’t check width either. He just said that we can change them within next 3 months if wrong size. Then when we got to the checkout it came up as £50 - I said that the sticker beneath said £38 - servers where rude saying it’s different prices for different sizes- I said but it was on the actual shoes in the box- they checked and said that it was for an different size- which I totally understand but no apology and were quite rude again about it- just a different attitude would have made it a nicer experience. Not sure I will return there again

I went into bluewater store & Tonia was so helpful she helped me find the right wide fit shoes that I needed she was kind & very curtious, I am so pleased with my purchase, I would definitely be going back soon for 2nd pair of shoes

We had the dreaded first school shoe fitting! Just a 5 minute wait and we were approached by Aiden H once our number flashed up. He was lovely, smiley and very helpful. We were not rushed at all and Aiden’s knowledge and customer service was excellent. It made what we thought was going to be a difficult task totally seamless! Thankyou Aiden H

Visited Clark Bluewater and wanted a pair of formal shoes. Chidi was extremely helpful and showed me different options, giving great customer service.

Fatmata approached my granddaughter and I shortly after we entered the shop and offered her assistance. I didn't realise that buying school shoes could be such an easy and enjoyable experience 😀 What a delightful and knowledgeable young woman.

Anand was very polite and efficient. We were out in Clarks getting school shoes for my brother and I with our Dad, and Anand was able to recommend the best pair of shoes for us. He was also very respectful and aware of my brother's conditions with Autism.

Served by Gian, who was on his first shift. He did so well. He was friendly, explained the measuring of my grandchildren’s feet and was helpful in suggesting whether or not to try a larger size. Came out of Bluewater store feeling we’d been very well looked after.

Quick service. Limited interaction with the child involved despite being of an age when he could answer for himself

I recently went to Clarks at Bluewater and was served by a young man called Anand. He was extremely professional- I couldn’t believe it was only his first day!- and was very efficient in getting the shoes for me. Anand was polite throughout and I was pleased with the whole process.
