My son is autistic. Rosie asked what she could do to make the experience easier for him. Her colleague then arranged for us to be moved into the manager’s office. Rosie was gentle, calm, smiley, softly spoken, patient - brilliant. The whole staff just got it!

We in to the castle point store on Saturday to get both my children's school shoes the man that served us was very polite measured both children's feet and told to have a look T some shoe that they liked they pointed out what they liked while he took note and came back with 2 pairs for each of them none of which were what they pointed out ( I do understand that they don't always have the size of the shoes that they like) he put my daughters on first told her to have a walk while he put my sons on her shoes were slipping yet he said they were fine, he hadn't even looked at them as he was to busy trying to do both children at once. My son didn't like the shoes he brought out when we asked if they were all they had he replied no these were just closest to hand so he never even looked for the ones they said they liked....so why ask? Needless to say we left with out buying any shoes and went else where, where they were both measured to be a completely different size with shoes that fitted them properly. Would never never waste my time in clarks again

We were looked after by Vicki/Wiki who was so lovely. Even though it’s that crazy “back to school” time of year, she was patient and very sweet with my two children. She measured them, brought out a selection of shoes that were in stock and then helped them to choose which ones fit them the best. Just a really lovely and friendly experience throughout the whole process.

Hannah was excellent in proving a very quick but through shoe fitting for my son. Knew exactly what he would like and enjoyed some jokes with him too about football. Very relaxed but professional. Plus school shoes here will always last the year verses other brands we have tried. 5 stars.

Served by Rosie at Bournemouth Castlepoint. She was very helpful and cheerful despite us going through 5 different sizes and our young daughter saying each one was wrong for different reasons. We really appreciate the service and expertise you get at Clarks. You pay more but we need to support these businesses who actually provide value rather than being the cheapest and lowest quality

Visited today to buy school shoes for my boys aged 10 & 6 (going in to Yr 6 & 2). Whilst the store was very busy, the staff had a clear and efficient system to see everyone quickly and supportively.

The sales assistant, Emrys, was very helpful. He was clear, kind, gave great advice and was brilliant with both our boys. He gave great advice, took his time and made the experience overall a great one. Would highly recommend anyone needing kids shoes, or otherwise, to visit Clarks at Castlepoint!!

Mandy was really helpful and efficient. We were in and out of Clark’s in 10 mins with two new pairs of school shoes for the kids. Thanks Mandy

Carla was so kind and knowledgeable during our visit to Clarks, she helped us a great deal with finding the exact shoe we wanted. She has very pleasant and welcoming demeanour, and we both left the store smiling.

We had a great experience with Belle at castle point - she was so gentle and patient with my little boy and came to the rescue when I’d lost hope of finding a pair. Excellent customer service and a really good selection. Thank you Belle!

I visited the Castlepoint store today to buy school shoes for a teenager! and was served by Hannah. Hannah was polite and friendly even after several trips to the store room!!

Visited the castlepoint store yesterday. Was very impressed with the store, the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, especially Hannah and Cerys. We were very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

We were served at the Clarks store in Cadtlepoint Bournemouth, and it was such a delightful experience being attended to by Hannah. She was so patient, attentive and focused on helping us with our needs. I had my daughter with me who has learning difficulties and was a little worried. Hannah met us with a big smile and got to business. We were very happy with the outcome. Really, if I could tip her, I would have!!!

The customer service in this store is outstanding. The staff always extremely helpful. I was shocked though by how short staffed this branch is though. Two young ladies running about trying to serve multiple customers. They did outstanding. Carla served us! She is a credit to your store. Also the lady at the front of the store, Hannah kept us informed about waiting times and was exceedingly obliging even whilst serving other customers in store.

Return was quick and easy.

Went into castle point Bournemouth to view the sale. Carla was very helpful in measuring the youngest feet to help pick shoes and advise on what type of shoes would be good as she’s still pre-walking. Took the opportunity to measure the eldest feet and instead of walking out with shoes for youngest ended with shoes for the eldest as well. Carla was very helpful and I will be happy to go back and get eldest feet measured for school shoes.

Carla at Bournemouth Castlepoint was fantastic, great advice for our daughter on which shoe design would be best, we had no idea we where getting the wrong type of shoe for her tiny feet, the ones Carla recommend where spot on, will definitely go back there for her next pair
