Great staff
All the staff here are great but we had a lovely shop assistant Rebecca E today who measured my son Zac for new school shoes. My son has autism and sensory needs and Rebecca was really kind, understanding and patient, even waited and looked on with a smile whilst he took his sock off to inspect a scratch on his foot. We went first thing whilst it was quiet and was perfect for us.

Happy with my kids back to school shoes shop with Clark’s shahnoor deal with us so friendly and approachable to us, check kids sizes help us to choose style and talk through all current offer on school shoes and trainers. Suggest us shoes care accessories like spray and polish.

Went here today and was served by Zainab. She was absolutely fantastic. My little girl was between shoe sizes and a bit fussy in styles. Zainab was very patient and knowledgeable, and we left with the perfect pair! Thanks for all your help

Helpful and friendly staff
Took my 3 children to Clarks in Bury, Leah K was really helpful and took her time to make sure the kids shoes fitted properly, my eldest daughter has problems with her feet and ankles so she needs shoes that are supportive, Clarks shoes are the only ones that make shoes supportive enough for her, thank you Leah K for helping us today
