Fitting for school shoes
Went to the Buxton store for a fitting for school shoes. Son has wide feet and was also a half size so can be difficult to get what he wants. Initially they didn't have the school shoes he wanted so we tried others but then we were able to get what he wanted my going half a size up with insoles which fitted fine. Debbie was persistent and a really good problem solver when other sales people might just have said that they didn't have what he wanted in his size. She is clearly very good at this job- positive, helpful and practical.

As always, Joanne was great with our granddaughter when she needed new school shoes.
She made sure the fit was right and she offered plenty of choice. We never felt rushed.
Caitlin left the shop a happy little girl.

Great experience with Ella
Took my daughter for school shoes - her feet are a really awkward fit but the lovely Ella was incredibly patient and accommodating. We now have a lovely pair of shoes that will actually fit her properly in September. Even better that they will swap the shoes if she grows out of them within 3 months!

Staff in the shop were friendly. We were served by Ella who was very patient with my little girl while measuring her feet and trying shoes on. Didn’t feel rushed even though the shop was getting busy. Lovely experience and will definitely consider there for future purchases.
