An Evri delivery driver who has…
An Evri delivery driver who has delivered Clarks parcels to my home on several occasions, and to express my deep disappointment with the way this matter has been handled.
I have been a loyal Clarks customer for more than 17 years, and I have always trusted your company for its quality products and customer service. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from Clarks again, not because of your products, but because of the behaviour of your delivery partner.
I previously contacted Clarks Customer Service to make you aware of the incidents involving this Evri delivery driver and to explain the serious concerns I had for my safety. Despite this, the same driver continued to attend my address.
On 7 July, the situation escalated significantly. Because I was already concerned for my safety, I opened the door cautiously. The driver immediately began shouting and swearing at me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. I was so frightened that I had to immediately close and lock my door for my own safety. The driver continued behaving aggressively and banged on my door, leaving me feeling intimidated, distressed, and unsafe in my own home.
This was not an isolated incident. On previous occasions, the same driver left my parcels unattended outside my property, including on top of my wheelie bin, despite the obvious risk of theft. I raised these concerns because I expected them to be taken seriously.
No customer should have to fear opening their own front door to receive a parcel. I am extremely disappointed that, despite my previous complaints to both Evri and Clarks, the same driver continued to deliver to my address. I have now reported this matter to the police because I believe it is a serious safety concern.
As a long-standing Clarks customer, I respectfully ask that you raise this matter with Evri at the highest level and request a full investigation into both the driver's conduct and Evri's handling of my complaints.
I also request written confirmation that this driver will no longer be assigned to deliver Clarks parcels to my address and that appropriate measures have been taken to protect my safety.
I sincerely hope Clarks will take this matter seriously and intervene to ensure that no other customer experiences what I have experienced. After more than 17 years as a loyal customer, I never expected to feel unsafe simply because I was receiving a Clarks delivery.
First time at this Clarks store and not dissappointed…
First time at this Clarks store was well impressed at layout of shop shoe styles on display around the walls and strategically in small areas inside shop leaving plenty of room for us and wheelchair to manouver to childrens shoes at back of shop ideal space for my great grandson not to feel overwhelmed.
Met by a young lad who immediately responded to my greatgrandsons greeting of hello which made him smile. It was clear that he was outside of his comfort zone as we had come in to have school shoes fitted due to Great grandson being fitted with new splints.that day but he didnt falter he just started to measure splints and said confidently this is my first time measuring for splints but Im willing to have a go, He was clearly going through in his mind what knowledge he had and the manager Jason came up and reassured him that what he was doing was right and prompted him to check what shoes we were thinking off. He said to Zuhayr I will come with you to see what we have but said it such a way as to guide him and not take over. Zuhayr came out with a pair explaining why they looked long was becase they had to be 1 1/2 sizes bigger and checked with both mum and Kyrie if it was ok to try them on to check they we a good fit. Kyrie was fascinated by Zuhayr's hair and he let him feel it and spoke to both Kyrie and mum explaining what he was doing while fitting making them both feel at ease.
We bought the shoes and as he had been during the whole process Zuhayr remained proffessionally polite and friendly to the end... I thanked him for his help and congratulated him on doing a good job and asked for his name so I could give him a good review and he said he couldnt take all the credit he received a few pointers from his boss and gave us boss Jasons name as well..
This is the second store we have visited and although the other store is nearer to where we live we will gladly travel here again
I hope Clarks realise that they have 2 very special members of staff there.. Kyrie can be anxious and if people havent any experience of disability they can find it a bit daunting dealing with a 5 year old with autism cerebral palsy and developmental delay and Kyrie picks up on this but both Zuhayr and Jason put all of us at ease.
Buyer beware that Clarks refuse to take…
Buyer beware that Clarks refuse to take any responsibility for faulty items bought in an outlet store. Having returned home with a faulty bag, I was told by their customer service (after 2 days of waiting for a reply) that it wasn't anything to do with them and I can only return it to an outlet store. This will be a 50 mile round trip due to Clarks' poor quality control. Not impressed.
Babies first shoes
Went in to get our 1 year olds feet measured and buy first walking shoes. The two women in there today (07/07/2026 - forgot to get their names) were so so lovely. They really took the time and made it a really special moment. Ended up leaving with three pairs of shoes haha.

excellent experience
We had an excellent experience at Clarks, castlepoint getting my son's first shoes. Karla was so friendly and really helpful. She was great with my 11 month old son and made his first shoes experience a lovely memory for us.
Would definitely recommend this store and their services.

Fantastic service from Anika today. She measured my 2year olds feet and advised on best fit due to his high instep. Came away with three pairs of shoes to see us over the summer.

Customer Service emails completely ignored
Ordered online and received shoes with marks all over the toe, emailed customer service and the person didn't bother to read my email properly. I followed up over email the same day (16th Feb) and have had every email since ignored and I'm just issued with a a new support request number each time. Still have no resolution to my initial problem from Feb. Terrible customer service

Clarks Derby
Visited Clarks Derby today for the 1st time in a while and was served by a lovely girl called Hanaa. She was so patient and kind to both my daughters who were very indecisive over their new shoes. It can be quite stressful shopping with children but Hanaa made it a lovely experience. There was a good sale on too so got a bargain pair of trainers for my youngest which she loved.
Beware of Clarks outlet website…
The Clarks oulet website is not customer‑friendly. Delivery is automatically set to the priciest next day option, and particularly when usjng google pay you easily miss this and then you are unable to cancel the order despite contacting customer services. It feels intentionally dishonest and misleading and a good way of tricking customers into paying more for delivery of orders. Most other online retailers require you to actively select a more expensive delivery option so a very disappointing experience.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes today wasn’t to keen on the colour but after speaking to ash and getting some help we finally chose 2 pairs. Very satisfied with the service and chose, definitely be back!

Visited Chatham branch and served by Alison ,very good customer service, very good sale going on and all the staff seemed very helpful. They were very keen and excellent for selling the products and making sure customers are aware of all the offers, would visit again and 100 % recommended.

I purchased a £55 pair of Clarks work…
I purchased a £55 pair of Clarks work shoes and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
After wearing the shoes on just two occasions, I developed severe pain in one knee to the point that I had to wear a knee support. I stopped wearing the shoes, and the pain went away. As a result, I can no longer wear them.
I returned to the store hoping they could help, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact customer services. I then called customer support, who put me on hold while they spoke to a manager, only to come back and say there was nothing they could do either.
What has disappointed me most isn’t just the shoes themselves, but the complete lack of customer care. The shoes had only been worn twice, yet I was left £55 out of pocket with a pair of work shoes I can’t use and no meaningful solution was offered.
The whole experience has left me feeling that, once the sale has been made, customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I wasn’t asking for store credit or another pair of shoes—I simply wanted Clarks to take my concerns seriously and provide a fair resolution.
Sadly, I feel that keeping my money was more important than looking after a genuine customer. Based on this experience, I won’t be shopping with Clarks again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for good after-sales service.
