We visited the Cheltenham store this week and it was our best experience yet by a long way! Julian served us and nothing was too much trouble knowing what my daughter would like he went out of his way to find a pair of school shoes in the back room in her size (wasn’t out on display or we hadn’t spotted them)! Thank you Julian you made it all so easy for us!

Really good experience getting school shoes. Bryony was brilliant with my daughters and not fazed by their non-stop chatter. Different sizes tried and we managed to purchase in super quick time. Thank you ☺️
