Mia at Chesire Oaks outlet was very helpful and professional.

We attended CHESHIRE OAKS, CLARKS in order to purchase some formal shoes. We were checking the shelves and attempting to see what looked good and what would fit as I am a size 12.

We were initially struggling and after a few minutes we decided that we would leave and try somewhere else.

Upon stating this a staff member, Rox/ Roxy, has approached ourselves. Rox was kind, energetic and wanting to help.

She made a joke and asked what is was we were looking for. Because we were unsure we explained and within a matter of a minute or two she presented ourselves with approximately seven different pairs.

It was due to Rox and solely due to Rox that we were able to find two pairs that I like and I bought them.

She is was dressed smartly, she was professional and most importantly was eager to help.

It is due to Rox that I am reviewing this 5 stars. Outstanding

Been to this clarks twice with my son for his first (and second) pair of walkers and both times we were assisted my Paige, she is a fantastic member of staff and deserves all the recognition. I hope to see her again on our next visit x

Visited Cheshire Oaks retail Park and purchased some shoes at Carks.
The assistant (Joanna D) was exceptional in her customer service. If only more customer focused people like her were around.

Abbie at The Cheshire Oaks store was incredibly helpful, helping my 12 year old find school shoes today! It’s normally a traumatic experience but Abbie was very thorough, checking them over to ensure a good fit. Thank you Abbie!

Went to the Cheshire Oaks Clarks Outlet store. We were there for the 10.30am browsing opening as it was Sunday. All the staff were ready and waiting. Erin was wonderful with my 4 year old daughter trying on her school shoes. Then at the till, Lottie was very understanding and polite about the wait for the 11am till opening. Thank you so much ladies.

Liv at the Cheshire Oaks store was brilliant today. She gave us so much attention despite the store being busy in the school holidays. She made buying my daughters first ever school shoes a fun and memorable experience and knew exactly how to encourage our 4 year old to pick the pair that fit her best (not the ones with bows!). Staff were clearly working hard tidying and helping people efficiently.

Excellent service from Liv, went above and beyond. Thank you for your excellent customer service, both our girls are very happy with their new shoes.

I was in Clarks last weekend and I recived fabulous customer service from one of the sales assistants, James. He was really attentive and I recived the boots I wanted. It was a great experience and I will be going back.

Very good slip on leather shoes which are comfortable to walk and drive in.
