Just wanted to thank Gracie and the other staff members at the Chesterfield branch today for all the help they gave me. Excellent service girls - your employer should be very proud of you!

I had Bex measure both my children's feet and on both occasions she was lovely, and made them feel comfortable. Really good customer service.

I have just visited the Chesterfield branch of Clark’s and was delighted with the service. We went for my Grandchildren’s new school shoes. We were served by Susana, who engaged with both children and showed that she really enjoyed her job. She was skilled and efficient and both children got exactly what they wanted. Where would be without our friendly, local store.

I was served today 21/07/2024 by a lovely lady called Gracie. What an absolute pleasure she is to have amongst your team! She kept my 5 year old daughter engaged and interested!

I felt very at ease with Gracie has her knowledge was impeccable! Thankyou again lovely!

We had my daughters feet measured by Jo, she was very helpful and patient when it came to us choosing a pair of shoes. We’ll definitely be coming back to Chesterfield for future shoe fittings.

Just wanted to say that Nanette H is a credit to your company and couldn’t thank her enough for sorting my 3 and 1 year old son’s. It was a busy day, but she made sure she didn’t rush or make us feel like she needed to move on. She was very good with my 3 year old who wasn’t too impressed with the overwhelming experience of trying on lots of shoes. She didn’t try to rush or pressure him, but letting him choose. We bought 3 shoes. Thank you Nanette for making the experience easy with your welcoming, helpful and patient demeanour.

We went to have our little ones feet measured by Gracie, she was fabulous... extremely patient and very helpful. My son was not exactly being very helpful but she had nothing but patience and kind words and we came out with some lovely shoes. Chesterfield isn't our local Clarks but because of her we'll definitely be back.

Gracie from the Chesterfield shop was so helpful and incredibly patient. Our fitting was more complex than the average fitting and Gracie helped us so much.

Kerry was busy serving other girls with their school shoes and we patiently waited with our daughter. She double checked the sizing after being measured at J28 outlet the previous day, but wasn't given much help there to find something. Kerry on the other hand was brilliant, we told her which shoes my daughter wanted and asked if they had them in her size. Kerry brought some out and made sure, after my daughter had had a little walk round in them, that they fitted and weren't tight around the bridge of the foot. Kerry even offered the aftercare kit, but we already have some. 1 happy little girl with new school shoes and 1 happy mum. We'll be coming straight back to Chesterfield on our next fitting - thanks Kerry (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)
