The staff are so friendly and patient
The staff in the Crawley store (in particular Tenaya who served us yesterday) are so friendly and patient with my little one. We managed to get her feet accurately measured and purchase a new pair of spring/summer shoes for her without any drama.

Our second visit in 5 months and we have to say that the customer service in the Crawley branch is outstanding. We were lucky that Tenaya was working today, she remembered us from last time and that my mum needs to feel 100% sure on her shoes as she has some mobility issues. We were so pleased and to top it all off we got a 20% discount wiith the special offer. Amazing!

We took our two grandsons aged just one and 2 and a half to buy summer shoes.
We were served by Tenaya, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very patient with the boys and brought us lots of choices to choose from. She was simply a very lovely lady with a lovely personality and patience. A credit and asset to Crawley store. Many thanks to her for making the visit enjoyable.
