I recently bought a pair of Clark’s shoes, and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The online shopping experience was very easy, with a straightforward ordering process and clear product information. The delivery was prompt, and the shoes arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

We were there to buy my 2yr old…

We were there to buy my 2yr old grandsons shoes. We were greeted as soon as we entered, didnt have to wait long at all for measuring. Staff member, name of Raj, bought out a range of shoes for him to try and went out of her way to find a certain pair. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

My partner and I went in to get our 1 year old daughter pre walking shoes and we were appointed by Trey who helped us measure her feet and pick out her first shoes. Thank you for assisting us Trey we appreciate it a lot.

Rude, verbally aggressive female staff

Clarks, Selly Oak.

On Saturday, 4 July 2026, at approximately 11:00 am, I experienced unacceptable customer service at your store. While I was in the process of selecting a third pair of shoes, a female member of staff interrupted me in a rude and verbally aggressive manner. She demanded that I immediately pay for the first two pairs, stating that she needed to assist other customers. As loyal Clarks customers for decades, my family and I have never encountered such hostile behavior. Consequently, this distressing experience has entirely compromised our trust in this particular store, and we will no longer shop at this location.

Clarks in Hereford

I visited Clarks in Hereford with 2 children and was served by Dee. She was most helpful and engaged with the children positively.
We appreciated her patience, advice and guidance.
Our 4 and 6 year old left the shop proudly wearing their new trainers.

I was helped and served by Linda from…

I was helped and served by Linda from the Clark’s store in the bullring shopping centre today. I was struggling to find shoes and shopping is not my forte . Linda asked if I needed help and ensured I had a good option of wide fit shoes to choose from. She then offered me things to take care of my shoes and took time to have a chat with me. My shopping experience was made a lot less stressful with the kind and caring attitude shown by Linda. I hope Linda all the best and will definitely be happy to visit Clark’s more often when there are such helpful , empathetic and caring staff. Thank you.

Thank you for discounts. I am so happy. And you have the best stuff. Especially many thanks for Caitlin from the store in Cardiff, Saints David’s Clarks store. She helped me to find the shoes which I was looking for. 5/5 👍👍👍

Wrong item sent twice!

They sent the wrong item, after spending 30 minutes on the phone and going to drop off the wrong item, they sent the wrong item again!
Then my wife called and didn't want to talk to her.
I'm now going to return the second one! Each return costs £3!

I recently went to this store to get my…

I recently went to this store to get my 3 daughters Lizzie, Tracey and Poppy new school shoes for September, thought I’d beat the rush whilst Clark’s had good stock!

A lady with blonde hair in her early 50’s called Karen served me. She was very patient with my girls as they tried on a dozen different shoes and she kept having to go back to the stock room. She never complained, even though I was getting frustrated with them!

Will be back this time next year to go up a size or two! Excellent service.

Appalling customer service from the…

Appalling customer service from the manager I presume she is a middle aged white lady. I went into clarks on Saturday the 27th of June to get my feet measured but when I asked she murmured something under her breath saying she needs to go to a surprise party and is getting late even though it was only 5.30 and the store closes at 6pm she also started to close the shutters at 20 minutes early before closing time. I was completely ignored. No professionalism at all. All the customers in the shop could hear was her shouting at her colleagues it was not nice at all the way she was speaking to them in a demeaning manner. I did not end up buying anything as I was ignored. Customers like us pay a lot for comfortable shoes we deserve better service then this. @clarks do better in employing staff! I wont be coming back to this store again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
