The shop assistant Michael, extremely helpful in finding a pair of shoes that would fit me. Quite a problem if you have a deformed foot! But he got it right, also aware that I wanted something trendy and modern. I have been wearing them for a week and they are perfect.

Amanda served us and at the busiest time (back to school shopping) she was professional and very helpful, I will definitely use this Clark’s store again

We always buy Clarks school shoes as they really do last so well. Great selection of styles available and fabulous, friendly service from Mia!

Michael was such a help today. I had 2 pairs to buy and Michael was so patient and very good with the kids. He measured the kids feet and was very diligent with making sure the shoes were comfortable.

The main assistant Isla was very friendly & helpful.

However, the other shop assistant/supervisor was quite strict using a firm voice to request us to book an appointment in future after we had purchased the shoes! I almost returned the purchase.

In another Clarkes branch the assistants were quite friendly in reminding customers that during school holidays better to make an appointment.

As we hadn't planned to shop in Clarkes yesterday we walked into find a busy queue of customers doing the same thing. We didn't mind waiting. My daughter was also spoken to in a strict way when she asked about for shoes.

It's better to keep a large notice in doorway to shop to request customers to book in advance or take a ticket for queue. This makes it clear for everyone.

Served us yesterady for school shoes - the fitting was very carefully done and she was so kind and considerate for both the kids. I had to order one pair of shoes online as they didn't have the sizes in stock, but they've arrived this morning in the post! Last year our Clarks school shoes lasted all year for both kids, so definitely worth the cost.

Despite the last minute school shoe madness we have just had a really great experience at the Didcot store with Michael. There was a ticket system when we arrived and we had to wait about 15/20 minutes but totally understandable when it’s so busy and not a problem at all. This is our kid’s first pair of school shoes so it was a special outing with his great granny. Michael was really sweet with our boy and carefully measured his feet and took time to properly check the fit on the shoes he tried.

Michael was professional and knowledgable but also warm and friendly and made the whole experience lovely. Thank you!

Thank you for being kind and attentive to the girls and bringing lots of options for them to choose from. They love the shoes they finally settled on. And thanks for the recommendation to buy the shoe polish and rain preventer. Look forward to trying them and protecting their shoes.

We came in today and picked a ticket and was seen almost straight away by Ben. He was super helpful. He picked the shoes I wouldn’t pick but my daughter would and Ofcourse they were the ones we went for so she was super happy. Straight to pay. Quick and easy where as I have been years before with my older daughter and been there for ages. Was a great experience for my daughter for her first school shoes thank you Ben!

Mia was super helpful and very kind. It was very busy but served quickly and felt the shop was very organised to cope with the back to school rush!

They didn’t have the shoes in store but it was not a problem, she ordered them in and they have arrived very quickly.

I have been visiting this store since the birth of my son. We bought his first shoes here. We always encounter kind and responsive customer assistants. Ilya, in particular, has been very helpful; he is very responsible and knows how to work with customers. Thank you, I am happy to buy shoes in this store.

What a refreshing easy experience! Came in on Sunday and had the pleasure of being helped by Mia. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect fit. Showed us options that suited my Son but were appropriate from my perspective. I wasn’t intending to buy as just wanted to get him measured, but she was so helpful and efficient we ended up with some new trainers! Will be back and recommend.

So nice to have a Clarks in Didcot, saves me going into a bigger town, and also had really good polite service from a girl called Mia - makes a massive difference to be served by someone happy and who didn't rush me!

Fantastic customer service by Molly. She was lovely and overly patient with our 4 year old for shoes fitting. She even tried her best to speak French to him as he doesn't speak English yet.
We will definitely come back when new shoes are needed! Thanks again.
