Natasha was great and kind
Super customer service.
Exmouth store.
We’ve just had a shoe fitting for new schools shoes. As usual Olita gave excellent advice and she is always really friendly and polite.
We always have a good experience at the Exmouth store.

a wonderful retail experience
My husband and I visited the Exmouth store on a busy bank holiday weekend hoping to have our 10 month old fitted for her first pair of shoes.
Although we didn’t have an appointment, we were soon welcomed by Vicky who assured us it was no problem and of course she could help! We honestly received such great customer service and will definitely be back for our daughter’s next pair of shoes. What a refreshing retail experience, thanks again Vicky for your help.

Excellent service from Vicky at Exmouth store- the store was very busy but she came to us to offer her assistance; she was so friendly, helpful and patient.
Thank you for sorting my daughter’s school shoes!
Fantastic customer service
Visited for a size check for my 2 kids - they were tired and grumpy after a full day at the beach but Natasha completely won them over and had them smiling and doing exactly what was needed to have the size check. Despite my son’s very wide and mismatched feet we ended up coming out with a very well fitting new pair of trainers with the help of an insole. Thank you!
Great service with knowledgeable staff
I went to the Clark’s shoe shop in Exmouth to buy my grandson some new school shoes.
We were greeted by Olita with a big smile. She measured his feet and put him at ease with her kindness and humour. Once we knew his size she explained the range of suitable shoes. He tried several pairs of shoes until he got the perfect pair with a dinosaur design on them. Olita explained how the size guarantee scheme works and we left knowing that he had shoes that not only looked good but good for his growing feet as well!
First school shoes - great experience
We visited Clarks in Exmouth today where Scar helped us choose first school shoes for my little one, she was kind, caring and conscientious. Thanks for making our first experience of “proper” shoe shopping a positive one.
Kind and caring team
We were buying my daughter’s first pair of school shoes and Charlotte really understood what an event it was and helped make it a lovely experience. My daughter felt so special, and I was reassured of the pair being a great fit and how best to make them last. Thank you Charlotte!

Had a lovely experience at Clark’s Exmouth with Chantelle this morning. I didn’t expect it to be so chaotic shoe shopping with a 1 and 3 year old wrecking the shoe display but she was incredibly kind and understanding and swiftly measured my little lads feet and got us on our way. The other lady working this morning whos name I don’t know was equally as lovely doing colouring with my toddler to ease the chaos, thanks ladies we will be back!
Disappointed by service
I went in to have my 3 year old granddaughter measured, a young lady asked if we would mind a trainee have a go, which is ok except senior staff member measured first, then junior then checked again having established size they went to find shoes, unfortunately my granddaughter didn’t then like them so I asked if they had others? They disappeared together and when they reappeared they seemed to be serving someone else, I left it a couple of minutes before asking if they had any luck it appeared not. The choice it appears is very limited and evenif they had anything at another store, which wasn’t offered I wouldn’t go back

Went in to the Exmouth store to try and find something smarter than trainers but more than a sandal, as summer hasn’t really arrived yet. Thanks to Vicky, who was very helpful, it was a successful visit.

I can’t rank Vicky in Exmouth Clark’s highly enough. She was the epitome of patience with myself and the two boys. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt confident that she measured properly and fitted the shoes well. Very pleased with the shoes we bought. Highly recommend. Thank you .

The manager at Clark’s (Olita) in Exmouth is so lovely. She goes above and beyond to help. She is brilliant with our son and understanding what we need. Thank you for your help today! You always provide the best welcome.

We were assisted by Rosa in the Exmouth store, who I believe was a new member of staff. She was very helpful and had a lovely nature with my daughter (18 months). All her measuring was checked by a more senior colleague, and all matched - which was great to have reassurance the sizes were correct. Helped me order a pair online which weren't available in store. Very good service!
Lovely customer service
Chantelle from the Exmouth branch, was really helpful, attentive and knowledgeable when serving, my daughter and I. Nothing was too much trouble, even with my daughter doing laps of the shop at 100mph. We will definitely be visiting again.
