Went to get the kids shoes yesterday, everyone was amazing and working very hard. I was served by aman and she was very gentle with my boy and helped us pick a great alternative for shoes we wanted which weren’t available

We were in buying school shoes last minute and the branch had obviously anticipated this; there were plenty of staff and even a ticket system, we only waited a few minutes for our turn and were serviced quickly and efficiently by Lillie, who was really good with our young son. Thank you!

We were served by jasmine pal and loved it she was kind quick and wasn’t trying to get us to buy 200 more things but still advertising new and intressting things but not pushy.
Honestly wish more people would be like her and shopping for school stuff would be so much easier

Me and my son went to Clark’s fosse park and were served by Becky it was amazing service we were in and out in 5 minutes.

Fantastic service from Ace who dealt brilliantly with our twi neurodiverse kids who usually HATE shoe shopping. They were kind and extremely patient and helped us find all the shoes we needed for going back to school.

I was fortunate today to be helped by Rhianna, an absolute gem, and measured my daughter's feet properly, unlike my method of squinting and hoping for the best, and managed to find her School shoes and PE shoes that actually fit.

Rhianna clearly knows her stuff, made the whole process stress free, and turned what I normally dread into a pleasant experience. Honestly, she absolutely saved me from buying the wrong size and having my daughter clomp around like she's in clown shoes. If she could come with us on every shopping trip I'd probably enjoy them a lot more!

Went to the Fosse Park store in Leicester the other evening with my two kids for school shoes. Despite rocking up 50 mins before the closed, we still got a an amazing first class service from Talisha. This lady was brilliant with the children and was extremely knowledgeable about the products on sale and how to tailor them to suit the our needs. Two happy kids equals happy dad. Thank you.

Really positive experience buying school shoes for a 5 year old. Staff were super efficient and so friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Maddox who helped us was great. She helped my children by allowing us to sit in the adult section of the shop where it was quieter and there were less people.
My daughter who is 13 would have liked more choice. A star buckle on your shoe when you're a little size 3 is great by when you're a junior size 6.5 it's not so fun!

We booked an online appointment, and we were seen promptly.
