The Grimsby store in freshney place has moved a little further down from its original base and is a little smaller but that made no difference to my experience today. Me and my 2 children (both with Autism) were greeted by a wonderful assistant named Kylea.s.
She immediately spoke to the children and made my daughter feel very welcome and more importantly relaxed and at ease. She took her time measuring my daughters feet and all the time chatting, giving eye contact and waiting
for a response which is so lovely and constantly asking my daughter how she felt. She explained all throughout what she was going to do next (check the width, feel where your toes are etc) which again not many assistants in other stores do this, they just want a quick sale and want you out to serve the next customer.
Kylea you made a little nervous girls shopping experience so special, thankyou for making her feel included. Hats off to Clark’s for employing such a wonderful lady

Made an appointment for two children online for new school shoes.
Arrived at the store was greeted by a member of staff who was expecting us. The new store is lovely.
We were seated and a member of staff saw to my two children straight away, jumping any queue of people waiting (for which there appeared to be a good number/ticket queuing system) the member of staff measured both children’s feet and was very knowledgable when helping the children choose their shoes.
Excellent experience and would return without hesitation

Our experience was top notch from start to finish. We arranged a quite time appointment with Amanda as my son has additional needs and it can be challenging and stressful during busy times so this helped alot. Viv was there on the day to greet us and find the right size shoes!! Lovely lady thank you for your help! Great team at grimsby and glad they are back!

Grimsby store! 100 stars. Thank goodness its back as the nearest one is miles away! Fine for me I drive but a lot don't. Viv was amazing 👏 sorted my boys out in 20 mins fast and efficient keep this store open!!!!!

Noticed the new Clark's shop as we headed to M&S and saw a pair of walking sandals on display. Stepped in to have a look at them and 10 minutes later I walked out with new shoes abelley assisted by a pleasant and knowledgeable young sales lady called Amanda. Good to see a quality store returning to Freshney Place shopping centre.

Happy ur back just in time for new school shoes ready for the new term. I was served by the lovely Viv who made shopping with my energetic child easy 😊

came into the grimsby branch for my little boys first school shoes, the assistant who helped me, kylea was very patient, kind and polite putting my little boy at ease, she explained what she was doing throughout the whole process we walked out a brand new pair of school shoes that my boy was very excited about along with his sticker, will definitely be back to the store

I’m so happy you back in Grimsby freshney place now my son won’t struggle with shoes from places that dont measure feet. We was seen today by Amanda she was so lovely kind and polite and service was 10/10 definitely be recommend you and coming back.

Popped in on 1st August and my husband found the style and colour of shoe he has been looking for in other shops.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we will be back :-)

We were so pleased that Clarks had returned to Grimsby precinct. We just popped in to have a look when the store was just closing. James welcomed us in and was very very helpful. Amanda was cashing the till in and my son asked if he could try a pair of sandals on or where they just closing? Both Amanda and James could not do enough to help and assured us that indeed my son could try the shoes on. It was certainly a pleasurable experience and we shall both be returning to the store.
