Bought a pair of shoes at Clarks in Great Yarmouth. Very pleased with the service, staff were very helpful. They were also happy to do NHS discount. Shout out to Lesley who served us.

Lesley was so patient and helpful . Needed sandals to be comfortable and stylish and I was surprised at the choice available. Ended up buying 2 pairs !

My wife and I bought 3 pairs of shoes between us yesterday and were extremely pleased with the courteous and friendly service we received. A particular shout out to Lewis, whose help was particularly appreciated. Thank you.

I was greeted with a smile and hello as I walked through the door I needed some sort of foot wear as my feet had swollen after being on holiday and I couldn’t get any of my foot wear on I was served by Lesley very efficient and friendly

I was looking for a bag, and Lewis went above and beyond—he listened carefully, showed me great options, and gave honest, helpful advice without any pressure.

What really stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. He made sure I was completely happy with my choice and even pointed out features I wouldn’t have thought about. It felt like truly personalised service, which is so rare these days.

I left the store not only with a bag I absolutely love, but also feeling valued as a customer. Lewis is a real credit to the Clarks team—I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience. Highly recommend!

I had the wonderful Lewis take care of me today. I mentioned that I have started running and he recommended these super comfortable trainers (and they were on sale too which is even better). He instantly told me to try them on as he said they were the perfect match and they are!!! 10/10 recommend getting your shoes from Clark’s Great Yarmouth!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our shop assistant knew exactly when we wanted to try shoes on and didn’t over do anything, which I personally think is a very professional approach. We were served by Lewis in Great Yarmouth.

I ordered Solevana Jane shoes but unfortunately I had to return them. Both the ordering on line and the return to store were very easy and efficient.

Jacob was very professional in measuring the baby's feet and offering advice on sgoe types and sizes.
