I booked an in store time slot online and that was a simple enough. The tricky part is finding school shoes for my autistic son. We were seen by Lauren and right from the start she listened to my sons likes and dislikes about shoes, she took her time and explained everything she was doing while measuring his feet. Lauren took him to pick out some shoes and asked the right questions about the fit in order to get my son the right shoes, a half size bigger than he measures. Poor Lauren had to endure being bombarded with Minecraft facts and questions as well. A huge thank you to Lauren as you made one of my sons least favourite tasks manageable and painless.

Got the wrong size pair of shoes - two different sizes from an in store purchase - no response from the store when we call and online customer service has been dismal.

We live two hours away from the store so unable to go in but now we are £50 out of pocket

Well organised despite it being a busy "back to school" weekend. We were looked after by Florence, who was patient and helpful, and obviously knowledgeble about how to find correctly sized and comfortable school shoes for our neurodiverse teen with challenging sizing requirements. Very impressed with the service.

Leela served us today and was very helpful. It was busy with back to school shopping, but we had booked an appointment and it seemed to be well organised.

Back to school visit in Guildford was really easy. We were attended to straight away, and Atif was brilliant, putting our son at ease straight away and helping with the shoe fitting whilst discussing their favourite football teams and players. Thanks Atif!

The collection experience was painful but the sandals are brilliant.

I went for a shoe fitting for my two children, it was so easy. No fitted their feet, my kids then picked out their favourite pair of shoes and Mo checked they fit them perfectly.
Both shoes were in my children’s size and we were in and out within 15 minutes.
He was really kind and gentle with the children, they were completely at ease with him. Made the whole experience smooth and completely stress free!

Wonderful service at Clarks we were looked after by Jennifer H. She was professional and kind, and looked after all three grandchildren brilliantly.
We ended up purchasing 2 lots of school shoes and two sets of trainers as Jennifer was so helpful well done Clarks really superb service. Well done.

‘Computer says no’ approach to customer service - firstly for not completing a return in store (despite that I was adhering to everything in the returns policy). And then zero reply from Customer Services within four working days.

This is so simple, why are you unable to resolve this.

Unless resolved promptly tomorrow I will never shop Clark’s again.

We had a difficult task of measuring two sets of feet on a very hot day. Jude S was wonderfully patient with my two children and managed to get their feet measured with no fuss and asked about what shoes they liked so he could help them pick the perfect pair. He is clearly very knowledgeable and kept trying until we found pairs that fit perfectly. After he gave the kids stickers because they did such a good job. Was a lovely shopping experience and hope he is there next time. He really went the extra mile!

We went today with my daughter to buy some trainers from the Guildford branch. Buying shoes with a toddler is not always easy as one day they can love and the next hate the whole experience. Jude S served us. He was very polite, smiling, brilliant with her, measured her feet and provided me with very good advice on sizing. My little one loved the experience and her new mermaid/unicorn shoes! They look and feel amazing! Jude is brilliant with kids and very knowledgable. We really enjoyed shopping. We are definately going back to buy her first school shoes when he is there! Thank you!

My husband and I went in to the Guildford store with our little girl today to get her feet measured and to get her first pair of shoes! Jude took her measurements and was so knowledgeable. Was really lovely and helpful, we will be back! If you’re local to Guildford and need shoes go see Jude!

Excellent shopping at the Clarks footwear store in Guildford High Street. Jude the ever helpful sales person, made the whole process of sorting sizing and buying (really nice quality shoes) an enjoyable seamless experience.
