Tabbishe was amazing

Tabbishe was amazing. Incredible service very helpful. He helped me and my mum decide with what shoes to go for. Amazing! Would deffo come back

I visited the Clarks Hammersmith store…

I visited the Clarks Hammersmith store in search of shoes I saw on the website. It was out of season, so Julie searched on her system and found them in the stock room.

She had initially welcomed me to the store when I entered - a rare thing these days!

It was the best customer service I have experienced for some time and I was very happy to make the purchase. Thanks Julie, you are a great example to others.

Needed a shoe immediately as mine was…

Needed a shoe immediately as mine was hurting my heels. Tabbishe and Julie were there at Clarks Hammersmith to help.
Managed to get a goretex boot that fit great and left the shop 15 minutes later feeling extremely happy 😊.
Thanks to you both.

Click and collect free.
Needed half size bigger, not a problem, great service from Clarks staff in Hammersmith and they were very busy, with school children, it was back to school shoe shopping.
