After buying a bad car wount say where put it into Clark gossling for repairs and sort it out for me as I was worried sick as we visit hospital a lot this garage is honest with me fixed my car took my worries away I would not use any other garage I’m upset not with Clark but where I bought the car nevermind Clark gossling garage got me back on road safly thank you all mr Peter child’s

I ordered a size 3 shoe in store and paid £35. The wrong size was sent to me so I called up and asked for an exchange. I followed their instructions and sent the shoes back for an exchange for a size 3 I ordered.I was given a refund of £27.05 instead of an exchange.

It's taken me weeks to week for the £7.95 they owe me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It shouldn't take 3 calls and many emails to get back the money I am owed.

Never order a shoe in store for home delivery as it will end up costing you if they send you the wrong size.

My next step is to do a bank charge back as they are refusing to pay me the £7.95 they owe me.

I'm a loyal customer and always order shoes with them. Never again as I'm so disappointed with their customer service. All I wanted was the £35 back I paid for the shoe I paid for but they messed up and sent me the wrong size and it's cost me £8 for their mistake.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced . If you purchase anything and pay half with gift card and half with cash and need to return they will only give you a refund on a gift card despite saying in their policy that it will be refunded the same way as you purchased . The system does not give the shops the option to refund your cash only give you gift card which means you end with a bigger gift card than you had at beginning . You write to there head office and get absolutely no where . AVOID at all costs

Went to Clark’s at Middlebrook for my 1 year old to get some new shoes, Safa was really friendly and made my son feel comfortable, even brought extra shoes out for him to try that weren’t on the shelf, which ended up being the ones we bought.

My son's school shoes fell apart within a week of wear with the front part of the sole coming unglued. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews about Clarks and I'm honestly amazed at how poor the quality of the shoes have become. For context I have been buying Clarks shoes for my kids for 17 years. But what made the whole experience worse was the bad attitude of Nell C at the Milton Keynes brand today. She was defensive and rude. Not the sort of experience you'd expect after being sold faulty shoes. She was particularly rude after I said that I didn't want an exchange and wanted my money back instead. Moreover she didn't explain the return process fully or when I should expect my money back. The whole experience means I won't be using Clarks again for school shoes.

I went to Clarks situated in Enfield Town and had the most pleasant encounter with a staff member named Tiwe. I brought my 6 year old son with me to get his feet measured and to buy some school shoes. From the very start, her warm & welcoming energy made my very shy son feel very at ease. She was engaging in conversation with him, made him laugh and gave me recommendations on several shoes to try. All whilst the shop was extremely busy. Her service was sensational and I really admire her work ethic. Nothing was slap dashed. A true model member of staff that the site should be really proud to have. Thank you so much Tiwe

Once again outstanding service from Hassan - Manager of clarks in Watford Intu. I remember purchasing two years ago and thinking he and his colleague were so helpful. I went back last week and recognised him after a few minutes as his customer service was once again outstanding. I will definitely be going back again sooner.

On 28 August 2026, we visited the Clarks store at Middlebrook Retail Park. Having had a very different experience at various Clarks stores, we were left with little faith our little one would be measured correctly, but we were served by Humaira A and she was absolutely fantastic!

Humaira took the time to listen to our negative experiences and pay attention to our little one's needs. We left the store feeling confident we had the correct shoes in the correct size, ready for the start of the school year. Thank you, Humaira (A). We are very grateful for your time, patience, and kindness shown to our little one.

Ella in Carmarthen store was very helpful in measuring and finding first shoes that fit well for my grandson. Great customer service!

Been a customer for few years. And the quality is horrible now.

Tried to call the store we purchased asking for possibility to repair and no one take the call . Tried few times but no luck. Really miserable .

Talisha at Fosse Park shop was delightful. She was completely run off her feet and spinning plates but she was so professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I cannot praise she her highly enough, look after her and hang on to her she’s a credit to you.

We had a fantastic experience at Clarks in Bedford today, and Sunit was absolutely brilliant.

He took the time to properly measure our son Hugo’s feet, helped us choose the right pair of shoes and some wellies, and was incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Shopping for shoes with a young child isn’t always straightforward, but Sunit made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy.

He was genuinely great with Hugo and made sure everything fitted properly rather than rushing us through the process. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the Bedford store.

I visited the Westfield White City branch and was served by Victor who was an absolute legend. He had upmost respect, knew his job very well and was extremely helpful. He is truly an asset to your team and deserves a promotion!! I wish there were more Victors in retail!! I ended up leaving very pleased with my purchase and left with what I intended to buy :))

The staff were friendly and helpful

Since breaking my ankle in 3 places I have only been able to wear crocs. I needed a proper pair of shoes, I looked around the shops in Telford shopping centre but couldn't find anything till I got to Telford Clarks and found the moccasin type, tried a few pairs on and found the perfect pair. All thanks to Helen in the shop, she measured my feet and explained the try at home and if still not happy could bring them back (not wearing outside obviously) Thank You Helen.x

Ciaran and Gerry in Grafton Street shop were extremely helpful and friendly today. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and boots - and I got (non leather) Vegan friendly ones. I got 20% discount too. My friend had been in last week and had the same positive experience with the staff and ended up multi purchasing too. Thank you guys. Highly recommend them
