Ben in your Horsham Store was absolutely amazing when I visited yesterday with my son. He was very thorough when checking over the fit of the shoe and even though the store was incredibly busy nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He is the best fitter in Clarks we’ve had and so we ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes! Thank you Ben.
