Staff in the Hull store were both friendly and efficient . Upon entering , although it was very busy with back to school, staff greeted us and promptly asked how could they help. My order was retrieved out of the store room within 5 mins . No waiting around . Super service . Thanks

Clarks offer an excellent in store experience but I ran out of time to make up my mind. Was relieved to find their website and order two pairs for choice.
Both very good quality but could only afford one so the other was returned to my local store. Staff in Hull branch friendly and happy to take the return.

Great Service
Just wanted to highlight Sarah, from the Hull St Stephen's store. I am a regular customer at this store and Sarah is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in the store today (9th April) and she easily resolved an issue with a recent purchase. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah. Thank you for the great service!

Poor quality
Well quality as totally gone.got a pair of boots used them for 2 weeks and there like paper.leather is thin and soaks water and soles may as well be butter wearing so fast..be the last pair I ever buy..
