Leek store
Visited the store in Leek today to buy school shoes for my daughter. We were served by Jessica, who was brilliant- she was friendly and engaged really well with my daughter. We were seen to quickly, but there was no rush during the measuring or fitting of the shoes, so it was a positive and relaxed experience. Thankyou!

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have had with the kids!
We had a fabulous experience at Clarks in Leek yesterday.
We did initially have to wait 5-10 minutes for service, as the shop was very busy, but the wait was worth it.
Sheila was friendly and ran the fittings for my often quite fussy 6 and 8 year old girls like a well-oiled machine. She managed to measure them both quickly and efficiently whilst keeping them engaged.
Unfortunately the shoes that each girl initially wanted were not in stock at the Leek branch but Sheila was very patient and looked up several different options until both girls left the shop happy and with a new pair of school shoes each. Thank you to Sheila and the Leek branch of Clarks for a very pleasant shopping experience!

Great experience
Great school shoe fitting appt. Seen on time by Sheila. Measured quickly and plenty of choice in school shoes for both chidren. Shelie was very through, very patient and helpful. I will certainly come here again!

Went to the Clarks shop in Leek and.The customer service from Avril was fantastic
Went to the Clarks shop in Leek and the customer service was amazing. Avril was very knowledgeable and fantastic in advising us the best size options for both our boys, I will definitely be returning again due to the amazing service she provided.
