Lucy C at the Lincoln branch was amazing with my son Dylan this morning getting some school shoes and trainers. She was really patient while he picked some options and we tried on a few to make sure they fit well. We always get a great service here but today Lucy C really did go above and beyond. Thank you!

Lucy C served us today at Clarks on Lincoln Highstreet. My daughter Gabby can be shy when it comes to trying on shoes and Lucy was so kind and helpful. She made Gabby feel really comfortable. When they didn’t have the shoes she wanted in her size she found fab alternatives and told us that she would make sure Gabby left with a smile on her face, which she did. She was genuinely interested in Gabby and we couldn’t ask for any better service.Can we book Lucy C for next summer please!

Visited Clarks in Lincoln today to buy our granddaughter her first pair of school shoes. We were served by Ella F who turned the occasion into a marvellous event. She chatted with our grandchild and listened to what a 4yr old wanted with patience and tact. She allowed and facilitated our grandchild to get a pair of shoes which she ‘loved’ and fitted perfectly. As the choosing and trying went on instead of getting bored our granddaughter got more and more thrilled with process. The whole process gave us memories that will last for a long long time. Thank you Ella.
I cannot recommend Clarks Lincoln highly enough. All staff members seemed oh so patient with the numbers of schoolchildren who had descended on them for new shoes. However special gratitude has to go to Ella who gave a little girl a thrilling experience instead of one which could have been a chore and for assuring us that she will be spending many hours at school in a pair of shoes that fit perfectly.

Maisey at the Lincoln store was brilliant today. I visited to buy school shoes for my eldest son and to have both my children’s feet measured at the same time. She was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service, thank you!

I went in to look at sandals but then started to look at trainers. The shop assistant Louise approached and was immediately very helpful when I explained that due to my odd shaped feet I have trouble finding anything suitable. She stated she liked a challenge and I think I gave her one!
However due to her knowledge and experience she was finally able to find a pair of trainers that fitted. Excellent service.

Isabella at Lincoln was so good with my little 5 year old boy. He was worried about getting his feet measured and getting new shoes (he’s autistic and doesn’t like people touching him and he also doesn’t like change) but she turned it into an experience that he enjoyed. She was really lovely with him ❤️

Brilliant experience at Lincoln branch, with very close attention from Mae and Toni, and their manager. My wife and both came away with just what we needed after their friendly and helpful advice.

Today we visited as my daughter needed new school shoes. We were served by Jess who was brilliant, took her time to ensure the shoes we purchased were of correct fit, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy and was able to answer lots of questions. What a credit to your team! Well done Jess we shall definitely be returning ⭐️

Louise in the Lincoln branch was really helpful and a pleasant personality. I have special orthotic insoles and she steered me in the direction of 2 suitable pairs of shoes. They were an excellent fit and, much to my shock, I bought them both.

I went to the Clarks store in Lincoln as I bought 2 pairs of shoes online but needed to try different sizes. I was helped by Toni. She was extremely helpful and friendly and assisted me with finding two alternative shoes which fitted much better. Excellent service received.

She willingly made every effort to find a solution for me.
I did eventually buy different shoes and left the store happy.

I shopped at Clarks and was helped by Toni at Lincoln. AMAZING 🤩 Thanks solely (no pun indeeded) to the friendly and engaging Toni I bought THREE pairs of shoes. I could not be happier with all three pairs! Bright orange (my fave colour), comfort and style. Winner winner. Toni made it so easy and a pleasure to buy the shoes and have them delivered to my home. I usually hate shoe shopping and find it incredibly difficult to find anything stylish in a narrow size 8. I highly recommend the Torhill range.
