Went for back to school fitting. They had very few shoes in bigger sizes. The assistant was pleasant but couldn't tie shoe laces effectively! Ended up going to a competitor.

Caragh Milton Keynes Store
Visited the Milton Keynes Kingston store looking for a decent pair of slippers, unfortunately I couldn’t find what I was looking for but was then helped by a very friendly lady called Caragh how went to the stock room and came back with every pair of size 9 slippers they had in stock.
There was no rush in trying them on and end up with the exact thing I was looking for.
Excellent service and great value for money.

Brilliant customer service
I've always been a fan of Clarks shoes - and my latest purchase hasn't changed that view.
I'm reviewing because of the exceptional customer service from all the staff at Kingston (Milton Keynes) - on this occasion from Gemma.
Everyone there is friendly, cheerful, competent and unfailingly helpful.

Fantastic Service
Went in to get my 1 year old's feet measured and his first pair of shoes.
Was served by James who was brilliant, he was great with the little one and we got him some adorable little shoes that fit brilliantly. I asked about work shoes for myself as well which I struggle with due to having weird shaped feet, James sorted me out with a brilliant pair of shoes which I'm far more excited about than I should be.
Overall a really great customer experience that you don't get too often these days. Thank you.
