School shoes served by the nicest member of staff Lauren
Took my daughter to get her school shoes this evening and we were so lucky to be served by the nicest member of staff Lauren. A full credit to Clark’s at the abbeycentre. Such a polite, friendly and really helpful girl.
Grace was extremely good with my son…
Grace was extremely good with my son and asked if we just wanted to check our size or were we in the market to buy tonight, made the whole appointment much better for my son, as previously we fell like we were forced to buy when I only wanted to check his size
Great service from Lauren
Was served by Lauren, who was really friendly and helpful. I was getting shoes for my son and she measured his feet carefully and talked to him throughout. Great shopping experience.

Abbey Centre Clarks was really busy…
Abbey Centre Clarks was really busy today so I was expecting to feel rushed but Samuel was so polite and put my very shy little boy at ease. He took time to make sure we had the right size and even managed to get my usually hyper toddler to settle for his first measurement. Thank you making shoe shopping the week before school much less stressful than I expected!

Excellent service
Visited Abbeycentre branch today for school shoes. My daughter has odd sized feet, 2 sizes of a difference. Staff member Brenna persevered with numerous styles, to find one that worked for my daughter without having to go for odd shoe scheme. Also got trainers too. Excellent service from Brenna.

School shoe fitting
We were approached as we entered the store to see if we needed help, as we were getting school shoes, were were directed to the children's section and given a ticket for next in line.
We were seen promptly by a lovely girl OLIVIA. She was extremely, pleasant, engaging with my children, and efficient. We were done and dusted within about 20 min. She offered great advice, provided clear information, offered additional products (which we purchased) without being pushy. We were all so impressed especially as she explained she was wating on GCSE results- very mature young lady.
The atmosphere in the store was calm even though it was busy, staff were tidying up, helping colleagues. I have no complaints very positive experience.
Clarks Abbeycentre
Really good experience buying my daughters school shoes today in Clarks Abbeycentre. I booked an appointment online to have her feet measured and we were seen straight away. Zayna was very helpful and friendly and made my little girl feel at ease. She went back and forth checking for different shoes as my daughter is a wee bit indecisive. She loves her new shoes thank you!
