Ann was superb at Clarks Onestop, Perrybarr, Birmingham. Shout out to Ann who was attentive during purchasing shoes for my children. I have always bought my shoes from clarks due to quality and service @ store 3828. Thanks once again Ann you are a star. Visited on the 19/02/26.

The staff at Clark's Outlet, Perry Barr, Birmingham have been outstanding. They help you with anything you ask...but I left my car keys there when they were about to close. I thought I had mislaid them in one of 4 places. They had handed them into the shopping centre security as they knew I would need them. They did not just lock them away. I went in to thank them and learned staff had been looking for me after they had closed! Dedication to customers.Rehan was particularly helpful in all of this and the security guard there.Thank you.

I went to the Clarkes Outlet store at Perry Barr today to get some new shoes for my elderly father. Received brilliant customer service from Rajan who was most helpful.

Very disappointed with my pair of shoes i got from the Perry barr shop. I tried them on inshore they felt OK to walk in so I paid for them and at the time of purchase I was told I can return them. I walked in them to work the next day only to find the shoes started to feel uncomfortable and tore the skin from the back of my heels clean off. I tried to return them the next day only to be told they can't return them because I had worn them outdoors. I mean how ridiculous is that? Its not like I had worn them fir weeks on end and wanted my money back. I was told to contact the online customer service team only to be told to go back in store and let them check the shoes out. So I went back instore today only to be told again I can not return them. So now I'm out of pocket because of a faulty pair of shoes that need to be thrown into the bin. I will never shop in any clarks stores again. Very disappointed in them giving me the run around. I felt like if I was trying to scam them out of a pair of shoes. When I tried them on in store they was ok to walk in. I tried them on indoors st home but problems with walking in them started when I wore them outdoors. They also injured me where blood was drawn. Clearly this if a faulty pair.
